We have used Zest several times now when we've visited Mallorca and we've also used three different car rental providers. Each one has been excellent. Excellent, efficient service. The staff are always friendly whichever company we've used and we're never disappointed with the vehicles. I will certainly continue to use Zest in the future.

Never let me down
I have used Zest a number of times and they help me with all my international car hire. They are clear, concise and offer an intuitive app and online process along with a very well supported 'chat' and person to person call experience. I always hate it at the foreign desk when they tell you that you have purchased the 'wrong' insurance and that 'theirs' (albeit 4/5 x the price), covers 'everything, having been told by Zest that the one I have purchased from them does the same. I simply call Zest (as advised by Zest), explain the situation, hand my phone to the colleague on the car hire desk. 2 minutes later, I am being processed and keys handed - no more speak of purchasing their insurance. Well done Zest, I will continue to use you for my car hire needs

Poor experience but no fault of Zest
Zest did what they always do and did the job at the right price. My problem was Halifax credit card services that took a €2000 damage deposit and kept it on account 2 months after the car had been returned and the car provided had “cleared” the car and deposit. Halifax blamed Visa and Visa didn’t want to know. W**kers, the lot of ‘em.

The whole process of the booking, the pick-up in Porto and the return in Lisbon was easy and quick. The staff on both ends were friendly and efficient. The lift from the point of return to the airport terminal in Lisbon was speedy and convenient The vehicle was exactly the model booked and very new (the mileage under 7000kms).
The motorway toll collection transponder fixed in the car made our travels smooth and worry-free.
This was my first experience of Zest Car Rental and I will definitely use them again. I found the service first-class. Highly recommendable. Thank you.

Car rental in Madeira
I chose Zest as a Which recommended provider and found it easy to book. The price was reasonable given the additional insurance they provide as standard for peace of mind. The company I used through them (Madeirarent) were also excellent.

Reasonable and transparent. Lays out all the options, makes it clear what you are getting both in terms of transport and insurance options. Website easy to use for booking and cancellation. Booking desk at car rental recognized zest and the extra cover I had and didnt push strong to sell their own.
