Great service
Great service, good communication before we arrived and hire and insurance documents were sent out via email before we arrived. A shuttle bus picked us up outside the main airport entrance and took us back when we returned the car. We paid a small amount for extra insurance cover when we booked, there were no hidden or extra costs afterwards. The deposit we paid was very reasonable and was paid back within one day of our return. We had a very positive experience using this hire car company.

Overall the perfect rental experience
Pickup was very quick and well organised as was drop off. All the staff at Master King that we interacted with were very friendly and professional. The car was exactly what we booked and in nice condition no issues at all. Will definitely use again in the future.

"Pre-Payment" Deposit is a RIP OFF!!!!
The Car Hire part of the business was brilliant - but the "pre-payment" deposit is NOT. If it was a straightforward deposit charge your refund, on return of the car would be immediate. With a "pre-payment" Zest allow the pre-payment to expire - which can take up to 30 days for a refund; during which your money has been taken from your account and someone else is earning interest on it! Totally unacceptable. So BEWARE. I will not use them ever again, despite their service, until they change their financial business model!!!!

Hired a car through zest who then use Autos Menorca……
You wait half an hour in the heat at the airport for a “shuttle bus” which is in fact a small mini bus in a large queue…..then when you reach the office you take a ticket from the machine & wait in another large queue of people for another half an hour (at least) to be seen by only 3 customer advisors!!!!
Not good customer service at all & shameful it is on the Which? Website as recommended

Everything went well and the experience…
Everything went well and the experience was good overall.
The one issue which I have questioned is, why was I charged extra for returning the car in the middle of the night (out of hours), when this inconvenienced nobody?
In connection with returning the car (despite having made this mistake before!) - why aren't even clearer instructions given about which car park to return to? P4 sticks in my mind because that's where you go to get the keys from; yet, you are actually collecting and returning the car from P1 - which, by the end of the holiday, I always forget.
I know this may make me sound 'dumb' but car parks can become confusing places to someone like me.

Extremely disappointing experience
I booked a specific vehicle and arrived at the airport to collect it, only to be told I was “late” and expected to pay €175 plus an additional €50. This was already unreasonable, but the key issue is that the car I had booked was not even available.
As a result, I did not collect any vehicle at all. If the service had been delivered as agreed, I would not be writing this review.
Attempting to charge a customer when you have failed to provide the booked vehicle is completely unacceptable. There was no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation at the time, and the overall handling was poor.
I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before booking.
