I have not bought from them, although I like their products. At the bottom of the web page they have some products with the Hong Kong price on them. One jumper that I like was HK$47.99 which is AUS$9.33. On their site for Australia it is AUS$72.90. That has to have bells ringing doesn't it?

I love everything I’ve ordered from this company. The shipping is a little slow but customer service is great at keeping in touch.

The quality of the clothing was better than I expected. The fit was good except for the sleeves on the white shirt. They are extremely tight so I'll be wearing it with the buttons undone and under sweaters. Delivery was quicker this time.

Other than really liking the products, I liked that you not only alerted me that my purchase would be arriving later than expected, you apologized for it!
And now I'm waiting for my next order. 😉

Both of the sweaters I ordered were gorgeous and the fit was perfect. They took a tad longer to arrive than I expected but they were worth the wait. Will definitely order from Zekev again!

I wish it had a bit of lyrca in the weave for a better fit. It seems to be too loose.

It’s nice and soft so I really liked that. It’s not as I expected though. Thought it would be thicker and warmer. Too expensive for what I I really received.

My items arrived very quickly after shipment, and the quality was very good, soft fabric, generously cut.

Horrible experience. I ordered two dresses and both had defects to where they could not be worn to the wedding they were ordered for. The color of one was also off and did not look as the image it was bought from and the craftsmanship is terrible. Their customer service was also just as bad and they told me the dresses were correct and not defective after I sent pictures. Their website said free return within 30 days and I’ve asked multiple times for them to send me the return instruction. Finally I had to stop the payment on my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

I really did not want to leave any stars‼️ I ordered three dresses from this company, the pictures were gorgeous but when the dresses came ,I didn’t even recognize that the package was for me. The dresses look like they could been from the 99 Cents store, the fabric was disgusting and the sizes look like they could fit a size 14 person and I am a size 6 I tried to send them back. I spent $40 to send these back to Dubai to the address they gave me back in May and I just got the package returned to me in Sept. They had agreed to refund my money, and I have not seen one dime of it. Horrible company and horrible customer service

I bought two dresses, they didn't fit. I contacted the company to find out how to return and get a refund. They offered me $15 US, I replied that there was no point, the dresses didn't fit. My next email they offered $28 US. I asked for a full refund because they had a return policy of 30 days. Well that didn't work. They wanted me to return it to Dubai on my dime. It would cost more than the two dresses cost. Very misleading...apparently the companies are in the US and Canada. Be very aware of this company. Needless to say I still own both dresses. Terrible, terrible service.

I wish I could leave no stars for this company. I ordered two dresses. The material was not the best quality so I wanted to return them. I sent the company 7 emails and they sent me automated responses only with no instructions on how to return or get a refund. When I attempted to include a complaint or review on their web site, they immediately erased my comments. Now I am stuck with two dresses and out over 100 dollars. Do not order from this company! What a rip off!

If only I could give no star at all!! This brand does NOT deserve a star!!! This is the worst website to buy clothes from. Very poor quality, poor sizing and fitting. To top it off they DO NOT have a refund policy. They should not operate with a no refund policy at all. They only offer a $70 highest compensation... There is no compensation here. It is a slap on the back instead. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY /BRAND!! 😡😡😠🤬

If I could give them a zero star I would. Their products are poor quality and they do not refund your purchase price. Their customer no service is the worst I have known.

They are just ok. Nothing extra special. The material is pretty cheap.

Good range at a good price. Easy to shop and. Purchase. Order came quickly. Most fit perfectly. Sizing accurate. Only one dress a little small for a medium. Happy with fabric and colours.

UPDATE: They did honor their offer of a $30 credit, so that is nice. It was a hassle to get them to do this, and I only accepted their offer b/c it was so hard to actually return the items for full credit.

Their website states they offer full refunds within 30 days. NOT TRUE! FALSE! I wanted to return 2 shirts and got a complete runaround. First they offered a credit of $20, then $30. Now, they have gone "silent". The two shirts cost about $80 total. The shirts are cute but too big. Bottom line: do NOT order from Zekev unless you are absolutely sure you will keep your clothes. The style and quality was good, but I will never order from them again.
