Not having the best experience with customer service. Tracking ticket still shows pending for drop off at USPS for 4 days now. I plan to issue a dispute and stop payment with my credit card company. Very disappointed.

Terrible fit, the sweater looks like it is made for a person that is 4 feet tall, dont know how tall the model is in your ad, but it looks like it is for a child!

Love the brown dress with front tie /bow. So gorgeous and flattering. Hope you have more styles like that!

I was happy with the dress not happy with postage delivery arrived a month later after placing order and a week late for the wedding it was especially bought for.

Although the outfit arrived late, I was very happy with it so decided to keep it for another occasion

I’m sick of rip offs and I wished I’d read more reviews before purchasing.
Trying to organise a refund/credit but it seems there is no where to go to be able to do this … when you click on returns on their web page it does nothing! I’m just going round in circles.
Item purchased not same as pictured on web page.

The orange dress is beautiful. The black dress is gorgeous. I ordered a small in both and they fit perfectly except the black one I need to put a black cami under because my breast are alittle large and I do not like cleavage.

I loved all that I purchased, however, 3 jumpers are way too big.
I have emailed on how to exchange, but, as yet have not had a reply!!!!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!i. I have been trying to return 2 sweaters for a month. They will NOT refund my money. They keep trying to negotiate with me. I Will not accept a $48 refund for $96 dollars worth of merchandise. But this is all they offer. I am angry and frustrated.

I am so impressed with the quality of the sweaters I ordered. They were a little more expensive than I usually buy but well worth every penny because the quality is excellent and they are so pretty. This is my first time ordering from this company and I will definitely order from them again.
