I have been trying to locate a return service on their website but they have none.
Their instructions do not give specific information on where and how to return merchandise nor an address to return. I’m beginning to see that this may be a scam.

Shipping was very slow almost two weeks! Love the dresses I purchased and I have already ordered something else. Just wish shipping was faster!

I bought a (L) - but a bit tight around the back. if I had bought the ( XL ) it would have been far too big every where else. Happy with time of delivery and style.

I have ordered from this company before. The sweaters I have received are beautifully constructed and they fit wonderfully. I really love my sweaters.

The dresses were just as lovely as the pictures. The fit was perfect, can’t wait to wear them on our upcoming cruise.

Indiefit appears to be the parent company for the online stores that I found as outlined at the bottom of this review, and I'm assuming that's only some of them. Some of these sites below do not offer refunds on things that don't fit and they use the excuse that sizes do vary. Well they shouldn't if orders are placed based on the bogus size chart. I ordered the size according to their sizing chart and it did not fit nor could it fit anyone on the sizing they recommend.

The garment that I ordered is cheap fabric and was not made in South Carolina as is advertised online on all these sites. It was made in China and it was shipped from China. It was sent crumpled up in a thin plastic bag. I gently heat lifted the Canada Post label off a label underneath, and I found the Chinese shipping label.

I purchased this using Paypal and was fully refunded through their customer service. Based on the fact there isn't any return information on this particular site, it makes me suspicious. Other sites as listed below do not offer returns if clothing doesn't fit. It is really upsetting that all the clothes that appear on one of those sites appear on all the others.

Trying to return item keep going around in circles

I finally received the sweater I ordered the last of December. I love it and it fits. The reason for the 3 stars is because of the time it took to be delivered.

I like this top, the material and design is very nice 😊. However it is too long if you’re a shorter person like me. Also wish there were more photos of the tops on the website.

The sweaters are absolutely beautiful.

Tops are unusual and stylish. I get lots of compliments. Very reasonably priced. Be prepared for long delivery times before and after shipping.

Love these sweaters. Shipping is a little slow but the wait was worth it.

It took a while to receive, & I haven’t worn or washed it yet, but the color is pretty & it is very soft. I hope once worn & washed it will hold its shape.
