Lack of Product Information
Ordering/delivery was fine- but an algorithm on the Yumove website advised on the product best for my dog. From my perspective this was an uninformed choice - there is not enough information on the website regarding the different Yumove products for me to come to my own conclusions I also noted that the product Yumove algorithm selected was the ‘plus’ product which is exclusively available only through the Yumove website. I’m left feeling cynical and remain uninformed.

Our dog benefitted from Yumove…
Our dog benefitted from Yumove throughout his more senior years. They were kind and understanding when an order arrived shortly after he died unexpectedly and they refunded it. Thank you for helping our beloved dog to enjoy his life more after his joints became painful.

My cat was limping badly on one front…
My cat was limping badly on one front leg suddenly, given pain relief from vet that isn’t great long term for her. Within one month she is walking normally on YuMOVE so pleased as is Lilly!

Great service and product
I never have to worry about my dog’s Yumove supply as it always arrives promptly with no effort on my part. It has made such a difference to our dogs mobility and we’ve recommended it to friends for their dogs and they have also seen the benefits.
