EXCELLENT SERVICE
We couldn't recommend Gavin high enough. Gavin is super knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. Im going recommend him to anyone else I know looking for a house survey.

A great experience all around
Your Surveying Partner Ltd were fantastic from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely both before and after the appointment, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The report was delivered quickly and was impressively detailed, with high-resolution photos throughout to support their findings. It was easy to understand and incredibly thorough.
Customer service was excellent, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful at every stage. I felt well-informed and confident in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, responsive, and professional surveying service. A great experience all around!

I had a great experience with Gavin…
I had a great experience with Gavin Holiday and his team when they surveyed the property I was purchasing. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. They provided a thorough and detailed report that gave me real peace of mind.
What stood out the most was how accommodating they were — I was heavily pregnant and due soon, and they kindly arranged the survey around my availability without any hassle. Their communication was clear and prompt throughout, and everything was handled with great care.

Polite and efficient
Gavin was introduced to us by our sourcing agent. He was polite and efficient from the get go. He booked us a surveyor and checked that we got the report 2 days after the survey.
Not being physically present in the UK, we have to rely on trustworthy and dependable team members, and I highly recommend Gavin for his professionalism and efficiency and wish him the very best.

We needed a survey quickly.
This Company was recommended to me, from a surveyor previously used who could not work with our timescales.
From first contact, Gavin was friendly and professional explaining the process and was always available for any queries.
He booked the surveyor, who carried out the survey and contacted us the day after to discuss, leaving her contact number and emailing the full report within 2 days.
The whole process was easy and straightforward therefore i would highly recommend using this Company.
