Thank you to Jamie who made this experience go very smoothly . He was very professional and explained everything in detail and I was very impressed he called me to go through the report and answered my questions very well and also left the door open if I had any concerns to contact him .

We asked Precise Surveyors to carry out a structural survey on a house we were considering purchasing. The survey was carried out on the date agreed and the very detailed report arrived with us with 24 hours. This highlighted many issues, and a long conversation with James the surveyor helped to not only clarify various points but also to highlight risks and matters of great concern. I had a level 2 survey with Precise Surveyors. My experience was very positive. The report I received was very detailed, thorough and clear. Jamie was on hand to answer any questions I had with the report and very helpful talking me through the next steps.

The survey was comprehensive and highlighted aspects of the property that had not been noticed on our second visit before placing our offer. An experienced second set of eyes gave a more in-depth evaluation of the general fabric of the building and brought out important details that we were to look into before proceeding further. A highly competent survey which is a necessity before any purchase. A recommended surveying company giving valued opinions. Good thorough service and very pleasant receptionist. A telephone follow up after the survey explained any points that were queried from the detailed report that had related photographs. Highly recommended.

The survey was organised quickly and very thorough. The report came quickly afterwards and highlighted key areas. The surveyor was happy to speak to us on the phone and go thorough things. It was an excellent service and I would highly recommend.

I was referred to Precise by two friends who had used them in the past. The whole service was excellent from start to finish. Kerry handled our initial enquiry really well and clearly explained the process, stages, and what to expect. Jamie was also very helpful and knowledgeable. He carried out the survey and later walked me through the report in a follow-up call, which was really appreciated.

Where to start, what an incredible experience with Precise Surveyors this has been.

Initially I was quoted £595 but after reviewing the age of the house this jumped to £695, which seemed expensive, nevertheless I had heard good things so decided to go ahead.

The survey was worth more. Money very well spent, extremely detailed report with incredible attention to detail.

Jamie turned the report around within 3-4 working days and gave me a call a couple days after to address any concerns and answer any questions.

I cannot recommend these guys enough and definitely urge you to trust them with your survey!

I needed a survey to be completed on a house that I am buying. I found Precise Surveyors very quickly online and looked at their Website which was full of information relevant to my needs.
Jamie Taylor visited the property that I needed the survey for within 2 days of my initial communication with them.
The service I received from them was exemplary, within a day of the survey being carried out - I had been sent ,via email, the results of the Survey in full detail. Jamie also emailed me stating that if I needed anything explaining about the survey or I just needed some questions answered I was to call him and we’d have a chat about it.
I did contact Jamie and he put my mind at rest over some things I didn’t understand.
