This is a great lip balm 5/5, and the aesthetic packaging is lovely! I enjoyed the smooth application and hydration that it provides. I’d say that this lip product is a hybrid between a lip oil and lip balm, but doesn’t give a greasy or sticky feel. It easily squeezes out of the tube and a little goes a long way. It also has a subtle peppermint scent which isn’t too strong and makes the product pleasant to apply.

I love their products. I have been using them for 6 months. I went from having frequent breakouts to barely any. My skin is soo smooth and less oily. Hyperpigmentation has decreased a lot. I recommend this to anyone who is struggling and nothing has worked. This product is a game changer.

Well, I was very excited to get this product. I did each step as the team was instructions. I felt and looked different immediately in a good way.
This product is very amazing because it doesn't feel greasy.It soaks right into your skin, leaving your skin.Looking youthful. I don't go out and buy a lot of products for my face to be honest.But I know robin it's a very respectable woman. So I gave it a try, and I just love it so thank you very much.

My face loves YOUR skin products! I've been a loyal customer for a couple of years, and had accumulated more than I expected or could use! I paused my subscription for a little while, so I could use up my cache! When I ran out of a few things, I reordered them, and started up my subscription. Then I realized that all I needed to do was to wait for my new green box to arrive! When I reached out to your company, all I wanted to do was cancel the items, as I couldn't afford them, and the box! I was told that they would still give the 3 products to me, along with my green box, as a gesture of kindness, as they had already been ordered. I couldn't believe it... what a great company, as you could have easily charged me for these items. I will remain a loyal customer and always keep my subscription ON!! Thank you again for making such a great product!!!

Game changer!
My skin was dry with redness and breakouts. Now after using my personalized skincare line products from Y’OUR, my skin is moisturized and smooth, no longer red and irritated. I did develop under eye bags, but the professionals recommended using the eye cream that took care of the problem. I recommend these products to family and friends now. Great service and great products.

My experience with this skincare company had some ups and downs, but their customer service truly stood out. The first products I tried didn’t work well for me, and I was planning to cancel my subscription. When I reached out, their team was incredibly kind — they asked what went wrong, offered helpful feedback, and even took the time to look at my skin concerns.

They also sent me a product to try that ended up being a much better fit for me. There was some confusion with my account afterward, but when I brought it to their attention, they handled everything professionally and made sure everything was resolved fairly.

Even though the products weren’t a perfect match for my skin, I really appreciated how supportive and responsive their customer service was. They genuinely tried to help, and that meant a lot. If you’re considering this brand, I’d say their customer support is exceptional.

Y’OUR has truly changed my skin. The 4 step routine is easy to consistently follow. The products I received leave my skin feeling clean and fresh. I have combination skin but I have not experienced any increased dryness since using these products which is huge. I have used the products for about 2 months now and have seen dramatic changes. I’m 25 and have struggled with hormonal acne. After using these products, I no longer have black heads on my nose or white heads on my chin. My makeup lays so much smoother. I would recommend these products to anyone looking to transform their skin!

Additionally there was a mistake with an order I received. I contacted customer service and they were quick to respond, apologetic, and so accommodating to make sure I was satisfied. Followed up numerous times to make sure everything went well. Easily one of the most positive customer service experiences I have ever had.

I am 4 months postpartum and have been using Y’our Skincare for about a month. I am not one to normally invest in skincare but pregnancy left me with very prominent melasma and terrible complexion. I have been so pleased with my simple but effective skincare regimen. I am actually shocked by how much my melasma has improved and how my skin is starting to get that “glassy” look… I’ve never had that!! I was unfamiliar with this company and hesitant to try, but I decided to take the plunge. The packaging is simplistic, modern, and very nicely put together. I need more time before settling on my overall thoughts, but the products go on smoothly and the moisturizer has a nice consistency. Absolutely love this brand! I got my acne-prone friend the spot treatment and she has been LOVING it! while I got myself the exfoliating gloves and setting spray, and they've been great aswell! I love that the gloves are so easy to use in the shower compared to an actual scrub where it's kinda hard, and the makeup setting spray melts and sets my makeup nicely!
