I had a misunderstanding that my order was a subscription and not a 1 time order to try first. When I brought this to the attention of their customer service they were more than happy and prompt in working out the details to resolve my issue.

This product burned my skin after 1 use. I had to throw it away. Not just burned my face but also my arms. Not sure if others had this issue, but my sister tried it after and had the same burn on her skin, but worse. I contacted them, and they said to toss it fr a refund. Never received the refund. Didn't work for me, unfortunately.

Was really good product and worked for me I can see my skin getting better day by day. I can’t wait to come back again, Y’our is really amazing company and it’s so nice to see the team being so supportive . Thank you

These personalized skin products are absolutely amazing! My skin has never felt this good. After the first 3 months I have noticed a significant change in my acne breakouts, hyperpigmentation and excessive oily skin. It’s if my skin has become addicted to these products. I am a woman of color with sensitive skin and I have not experienced any adverse effects from using these products. I absolutely recommend these products for all skin types of skin and ethnicities.

I have been using Y'OUR products for several years now, and I have used LOTS of different products throughout my teens and adulthood. The Y'OUR AI prescription products have been the only ones to not only address my skincare issues fully and effectively, but also to maintain healthy skin. My most recent ordering experience with Annie, the agent who assisted me, was wonderfully positive. She is lovely, and Y'OUR is blessed to have her on staff.

It's super easy to do the consultation. Once that's done send you a skin care regime that is specifically for you based on your needs. I have noticed a difference in my skin so far the only issue is I'm not as consistent as I need to be due to travel. However, using the products are super easy into the point it's a two step process.

I can attest to the dramatic change and the care it provides for my face. It's incredible! If you're looking for a good price and a product where you'll truly notice a difference, this is the one.

This lip balm is amazing, it doesn’t give the sticky ness most balms give, it leaves your lips feeling refreshed with the peppermint scent. Now my favourite balm.

Scammers. The product burned my skin, so I cancelled it months ago, yet they continue to charge me, and I haven't received any skincare. I have had 15 email conversations, all saying we are here to help. Hang tight. for over a week. I have proven it was cancelled, yet they keep trying to charge my card again this week. I wish I could post their emails and my proof it was cancelled and show the new charge they are trying to do!

The customer service has always been above and beyond! Great products!

Overall I like this product very much. My skin in just a couple weeks use has cleared up. As a 37 year old man I would still get little pimples randomly and have not had one for awhile now. Excited to see what the next month or so do. Really hoping for my redness to calm down.

Researched before purchasing curious about no refunds was told will "tweak" product the company is well aware of my skin issues. After weeks huge dry area around my nose and whiteheads on cheeks and chin At least 10 emails with the latest trying to sell me a serum this company is deceptive in its practices

This brand is absolutely amazing! I can not say a bad word about them. I have tried several of their products but my favorites are the Skin Tint, the Lip balm, and the Makeup Primer. The skin tint feels lightweight and blends beautifully. The lip balm keeps me from reapplying other chapsticks. The makeup primer makes my skin feel smooth and keeps my makeup in place for hours without causing my skin to breakout. If you’ve been thinking about getting anything from this brand, take this as your sign to go for it!

I was looking for a natural facial cleansing routine after I used a product that left my eyes swollen and dry patches on my skin. I found this company and ordered the products. I received everything and could not figure out how the lotion worked so I messaged and they sent a new bottle with instructions for free. I love how my skin is soft and I never have breakouts or issues anymore. My skin was dry and dull looking and now it is radiant! I was having an issue with my bank allowing the payments to receive my subscription so I started a new account. I received the new cleanser and it was not the same as the old cleanser. I messaged the support team and they got right back to me and sent the old formula that I loved for free. Customer service has been nothing but amazing!
