I tried the Y’OUR lip balm, eye cream, and tinted moisturizer recently and honestly I’ve been really liking everything so far. The lip balm is probably my favorite because it has that minty feeling that makes your lips feel super fresh, and it actually stays moisturizing for a while instead of disappearing after 10 minutes lol. The tinted moisturizer was a tiny bit darker than my skin tone, but once I blended it down my neck it looked totally fine and actually gave my skin a really nice healthy glow without feeling heavy or cakey. It feels way more lightweight than a lot of face products I’ve tried. I’ve also been using the eye cream and it feels really hydrating under my eyes, especially before makeup.
I love the personalized touch and the luxury feel, will purchase again!

l've been dealing with really dry, chapped lips lately, so l was excited to try Y'our Intensive Healing Lip Balm and it honestly exceeded my expectations. From the first application, it felt incredibly nourishing without being too heavy or sticky. It creates a smooth barrier that helps lock in moisture, and I noticed my lips felt softer and more hydrated throughout the day rather than needing constant reapplication.
What stood out most is how soothing it feels on already irritated lips. After a couple of days of consistent use, the dryness and flakiness noticeably improved, and my lips looked healthier overall. I also appreciate that it wears comfortably alone or under other lip products.

Great product with excellent customer service..

I feel like I was taken advantage of. The products are small travel size with a huge monthly price. I don't think it was worth any of it. I don't normally complain but when I seen there were billing me again and sending out more products like I have a life time subscription. My husband has cancer, spending like this is hurting my family. That can't help my skin. I am very dissappointed. And yet I keep writing and telling them I don't want anymore product. But another shipment went out again. I need to cancel my debit card apparently to get them to stop billing me.

Truly hands down above and beyond in customer service on top of having an incredible product. My daughter found this product 4 years ago for us. She is currently about to graduate from Esthetician school and still will only use this product for her skin care.
We have had only needed customer support twice in those 4 years. Once was for issues with delivery and they more than made it right! And the 2nd time was actually our fault and the customer service has been out of this world (I used to train customer service for a living so I don’t say this lightly). They have been so kind and accommodating in helping us straighten everything out bc we forgot to update our address and make account in my daughters name now that she is an adult. Highly recommend!!!

The packaging is very cute. I like the serum and the night cream. However the cleanser and the day cream need improvement. I know I have dry skin but the cleanser feels more like a moisturizer than an actual cleanser. It doesnt feel like my face is being cleaned when I use it. The day cream does not spread well. It leaves alot of white residues afterward thats very annoying clean off. I would not recommend the day cream to anyone.

I have been using Y’OUR Skincare for 3 years. I’ve had a great experience with this skincare line. The products feel high quality and have made a noticeable difference in my skin. What really stands out, though, is the customer service. They are always super responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find great products and great support, but they deliver on both.

The customer service is awesome. I had trouble getting the dropper to dispense serum. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new serum. I also needed to change due date. Customer Service took care of everything. I enjoy using the cleanser and product made just for me.

The dark spot treatment didn’t help my dark spots fully go away, but the rest of the skincare was great! It made my skin glow and very refreshing. People definitely noticed changes.

I started my journey while I was pregnant so when I had to make some changes, I emailed and the response time and communication was impeccable. In a time where it's hard to talk to anyone at all when you have a concern, Y'OUR went out of their way to accommodate my skin/hormonal changes and needs for my skin. So far the adjustments has been working well! Even if it didn't, their commitment to enhancing my PERSONALIZED skin routine e is unmatched.

I’ve been using Y’OUR skincare for about one full month now & oh my goodness. If I could say one thing about their products, it would be that there is QUICK results. I had been battling deep cystic acne, scarring, uneven skin, redness, texture & constant breakouts. But about two weeks into using Y’OUR products, all those things began to subside. My redness cleared up the quickest! I’m so very happy with my skincare now. I’m getting married in October so having clear skin is my goal, and Y’OUR has helped me find the perfect regimen to accomplish that!

I had a great experience with communication and shipping status. I chose the HD-Perfect Matte Pressed Powder, Translucent. I love the 'staying power' of the setting product and still wasn't shiny about 8 hours after application. Also, I love that it's Talc & paraben free for healthy skin.
