Having to rely on domestic oil is no fun. And expensive. During the confusion caused by Trump in the Middle East, NRG were the only supplier able to deliver oil, and at a reasonable price.
Their sales team were friendly, chatty and helpful.
Well done. In a world of unhelpful AI bots and email trouble shooting tickets, this service is worth the extra costs.

Really pleased to have found NRG
Really pleased to have found NRG. Oil was cheaper than my normal searches and payment is not taken till after delivery which is nice. 24 hours notice was given. Very efficient company and I think they will be our go to in future so thank you NRG.

I phoned your company for the first time to get information regarding oil prices. Because of good service and help with ordering and the benefit of payment over a few months after an initial payment made things so much easier for me and will use your company in future.
