I’m truly upset with site as there is item available but it’s not flagged country wise so once we pick the item in cart it’s vanished during checkout so I will suggest to have clear flagged item for each available country
But I do appreciate the customer service they are amazing to help out in any situation thanks and really appreciated

You are scammers

You are scammers . And where is my money, never subscribed for anything all of a sudden 2 payments under the pretext of my personal subscription are being taken from my account. What kind of subscription activates on the 21st of a month, then pops up on the 10th of the second month, then pops up on the 21 st of that very same month. That's insane

I purchased a product and paid for it…

21st October 2025

And now I receive this email. I will not be a party to pretending to give this company a good review in order to get a refund for money spent under false pretenses.

Hi Sandi,

Thank you for your reply. I completely understand your position. Please note that in line with our policy, we can only proceed with compensation such as a refund after the review has been deleted.

I purchased a product and paid for it and it then turned out to be a membership to yourbeautyaid.com
I tried to redeem my voucher for the amount that I paid and the items are unavailable for delivery in my country.
I was emailed to say further money would be debited off my account in 2 days time. This is not what I agreed too, I was purchasing a product. This has caused huge havoc and I have had to stop my bank account for threat of being taken for more money

Now on the 21 October 2025, I am told they will once again refund me, however in order to ensure a smooth process, I must remove my review as it has a negative impact on them.

How about NO. Refund my money and show me that you are good for your word first.

27th October 2025, I have repeatedly received the same email over and over again from the same person even though I have told them to STOP.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND DO NOT HAVE ACTUAL HUMAN BEINGS CORRESPONDING. THIEVES!!!!!!!

26 November 2025
I have finally received my money back.
