I have always found Youi to be friendly, polite, helpful, informative and caring about the best policy for us. Today was no exception. Excellent as always

I recently had an accident my car was declared a write off. From the very 1st moment i rang Youi i found them to be friendly ,approachable , easy to deal with. They clearly explained what needed to be done, The whole process has been easy from start to finish .one week after my accident and i have already been paid out. I couldnt be happier .

Easy to make a Claim over phone and No hassle. Very nice lady who went through everything very efficiently and got me booked in for repair within a week.

Today I signed up with Youi
I spoke on the phone to Lewis who was so very helpful and polite
He went to everything so I could understand it and follow it with my disability while it's early days I only have positive feedback with the sign up today and it worked out to be 20 dollars a month cheaper than I'm paying for the same cover

This insurance company is truly awful. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but only made two claims and they promptly cancelled my policy. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for car or house insurance. Please avoid them.
