My interaction with youi and inparticular the agent (lindo) was an absolute pleasure. Extremely helpful and very friendly, she explained everything and encouraged me to ask questions about anything she offered. And the savings I received were HUGE. Highly recommend you give them a call if you need to save a fortune.

YOUI was excellent easy to work with in submitting and managing the claim. and Inkerman panels was a a well organised and friendly company with excellent SMS updates and prompt phone responses that made it very easy to organise the whole repair. It was well planed with regular content updates as to the arrival of parts confirmation of repair dates and finished on the day and time agreed. Very simple and efficient good service.

I was with this insurance company more than 5 years ago..involved in an accident and had made a claim !! Now even if you ask them for a quote..they can’t give you one as you made a previous claim with them..DISGUSTED!!
