We had problems with our old lines into our company which were ongoing. Dara and Kyle in the customer care department were very supportive and did everything they could to sort our issues. They always answered the phone and listened which is not usual these days. They sent a very competent technician (Remus) to our place of business and he sorted our problem efficiently and gave me advice if ever there was any problem into the future. We have had a great experience with Yellowcom and would highly recommend them for your internet needs.

Can highly recommend Yellowcom and the service they provide. I have only ever had small issues with them on a couple of occasions - couldn't log in online / trying to set up holiday recordings etc. As soon as I reached out to Ross (Clarke), he was on the phone straight away to help sort it out. Really friendly and efficient, nothing's ever a hassle. Couldn't give anything other than a great review!

I find that Yellowcom give prompt service. We have a personal manager (Gary) and if there is any issues he is my point of contact. All quearys are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I cannot thank Jack Meeke of Yellowcom enough for the care and help he gave me this past week. My broadband/wifi was dropping numerous times during the day for the past week and he was always at the end of the phone helping me to sort it out. He checked in with me a couple of times a day to see how it was going and chased up the engineers every time I called. I don't think I've come across support like it in the past. Cannot recommend them enough!

Yellowcom have lived up to their promises and have provided everything they promised on time and when issues arise they are quickly on hand to support us. The engineers are always helpful and professional as are the team in the HQ. Our system gives little bother and has been a huge asset to the communication and safeguarding in school as staff are all now connected to each other. The digital switch over was seamless and we appreciate their service.
