Yeep! is a shared parcel locker network used by major delivery companies to offer a convenient alternative to home delivery. When you choose a locker delivery or return option, your carrier, such as DPD or UPS, manages your parcel, including shipping, tracking and notifications. Yeep! provides the locker infrastructure — a secure place for parcels to be collected or returned — and you collect or return your parcel using a 6 digit PIN or QR code at a time that suits you. Please note: Yeep! does not deliver parcels or manage shipments directly. If you need help with tracking, delays, or missing items, your carrier is usually best placed to assist. What makes Yeep! different is that we operate a carrier-neutral locker network used by multiple delivery companies. Our lockers are 100% battery- and solar-powered, designed for lower environmental impact, and our rapidly growing UK network is focused on making parcel collection and returns more flexible. In simple terms, the carrier delivers and manages the parcel, Yeep! provides the locker, and the customer collects or returns it. We’re proud to support a more flexible and sustainable way to send, collect and return parcels.

Do NOT opt for this delivery option

Do NOT opt for this delivery option. Wasn’t going to be in, so asked for delivery to my local Yeep. Instead of delivering it there the next day, they sent it back to seller 🤯

Scam company

91% 1-star reviews says it all. Yeep is a complete scam of a company and I genuinely don’t understand how they’re allowed to operate.

I have now lost two parcels through their drop off lockers. Both were Vinted parcels dropped off using a QR code. The locker opened, I placed the parcel inside, closed the door. No drop-off confirmation was ever sent, no proof, nothing.

So when the parcel went missing, I had zero evidence to prove I actually dropped it off, even though I did everything correctly. The exact same thing happened again the following week with another parcel. Again, no confirmation, and now that parcel has also disappeared.

Both parcels had labels printed, yet they’ve somehow vanished, and I’m now out of a significant amount of money with no idea where my parcels are as I cannot prove I dropped them off.

Yeep are impossible to contact and every complaint on here gets the same generic reply directing people to the courier, when the issue is clearly Yeep themselves and their system.

Disgusting company. Please avoid!!

What an absolute JOKE

What an absolute JOKE!

My parcel has been in the locker for a week, not collected and no one can tell me how to get it back, so bar getting a crowbar and forcing it open, i don't know what to do.

You can't speak to anyone and the courier seems to not care at all.

Avoid these lockers.

Avoid these lockers.

I dropped a DPD parcel at one this weekend, received no confirmation and the parcel now seems to be untraceable. There is no way to contact Yeep and when I eventually managed to speak to DPD they could offer no assistance.

Seemingly a £140 return has disappeared and no one wants to help.

Dropped off my UPS parcel in locker…

Dropped off my UPS parcel in locker YEEP0853 on a Saturday, 5 days later and the parcel still hasn't moved. Was very confused how to even initiate drop off to start with. Managed to follow instructions and drop parcel off but YEEP app never registered the drop off and couldn't get my parcel back. It now says order cancelled?? Have had to file a lost parcel claim with UPS and emailed YEEP but they just pushed it back to UPS when I do believe the issue is with YEEP not informing UPS the parcel is there. They told me to wait 24hours for the app update but it's been 5 DAYS?? Terrible customer service refusing to do anything and just push you back to UPS. I've now possibly lost my parcel and the money I paid for it which has left me hugely out of pocket. Will never use YEEP again, this is disgusting way for a company to run, wish I had read these reviews first, UPS should cancel their usage of YEEP.

YEEP IS A SCAM

Here to warn everyone against using the Yeep! lockers. You have to download an app just to scan your item, even if it has a label on it. The scanner on the Yeep! locker is purely decorative. Once the app collects your mobile phone number, presumably so they can sell your data on, it then proceeds to crash every time you click the "send" button to scan your parcel. The app is as useless as the lockers. Do not bother with Yeep!

DPD customer service ABSOLUTELY no hep in fact rude, as if i was wrong and no idea about the lockers and no option to escalate problem. I thought DPD was a trusted sender never again. disgusted by their lack of help or interest

I couldn't get the Yeep App to accept the parcel i needed to return to UPS. had to stand outside next to the petroll station lockers while downloading the app and scanning the label loads of times. Gave up, went home and booked UPS to collect the parcel. Awful waste of diesel and time!!!

Please do NOT use YEEP boxes

I wish I had read reviews on YEEP! boxes before I used one.

I was sending a PC item back to the seller to check and repair and they use DPD. I looked for DPD drop off points and it came up with the YEEP! box. I have used InPost before so I knew what to do and had no issues with InPost.

YEEP! is a complete waste of time IMHO I dropped off the parcel their last Friday and the item is STILL in the box a week later. I have seen other reviews where the item is still there several weeks later so I complained to the seller and they have started an investigation.

There is supposed to be a large roll out of these YEEP! boxes but what is the point if no one goes and picks up the packages.

Save yourself the grief and NEVER use one of these waste of time YEEP! boxes.

Genuinely the worst delivery experience I’ve had

Utterly useless service. Requested two DPD parcels be dropped at Yeep locker at my local train station so I could pick up on my way home from work (they were presents I didn’t want to risk being sent directly). Both times the parcels were unable to be delivered so now appear to just be heading back to the sender. So a 100% fail rate - not even the Government is that incompetent. Will never utilise this option ever again! Like others, should have read reviews first. Assumed if DPD was offering the option it would work. Couldn’t have been more wrong!

Absolutely woeful

Absolutely woeful! Sent item via locker as required, no tracking details provided and then item had to be refunded to buyer with parcel somewhere in the YEEP Bermuda Triangle….

Wish I had seen these reviews before I used them. How can one Organisation fail so badly all of the time!!!!

Will avoid at all costs going forward.

I would give 0 stars if it were…

I would give 0 stars if it were possible, they said that the locker was experiencing a connection issue and was likely offline after I left my parcel there. It took them over 2 weeks to find my parcel, by this time the buyer cancelled the order and requested a refund. After a further 2 weeks the buyer got the item. Luckily the buyer was a good person and paid for it again. But I will never use a yeep locker again. So much time wasted.

Absolutely horrendous service

Absolutely horrendous service. Wish I'd read these reviews first. I made the mistake of using YEEP! for selling on Vinted, its not even showing tracking status. I have about 8 parcels stuck in a locker going nowhere. No doubt I will lose all items and money on Vinted from it.
Cheers YEEP! for you awful service and wasting mine and my buyers time and money.

Rubbish...would late less than one star…

Rubbish...would late less than one star if I could.
From the parcel been deposited by the seller it took 6 weeks to reach my locker.
I then get told its ready to collect by Yeep but they NEVER supplied a code to open the locker, their messages just state a pickup pass will be generated when your parcel is ready to collect. Its been a 45 days now and they still haven't generated a pick up pass.
Its virtually impossible to contact anyone and when I did I was promised a code would be forwarded but none ever was.
To date it seems my item is still inside the locker ( it's not been returned to the seller ) where I guess it will remain until Yeep goes out of business for its poor performance.

Vinted parcel, digital label

So I'm new to Vinted & sold something that needed to be shipped by DPD. I used a Yeep! Locker with a digital label without checking reviews. Expected to get no tracking & a lost parcel on reading reviews. However, parcel tracked within an hour & was collected the next day. Item was delivered to buyer within 3 days...result!
