Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 107 reviews, reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company, often finding it to be a suitable and superior alternative to Skype for international calls. Customers appreciate the ease of use, transparent pricing, and the ability to make calls to landlines and mobiles at very affordable rates. Many highlight the simplicity of the app and the straightforward sign-up process, making it accessible even for those less tech-savvy. The service is frequently praised for its reliability, clear sound quality, and consistent connections, even when calling from various international locations. However, some people mentioned issues with call quality, such as calls cutting out or not connecting, and occasional problems with incoming calls not getting through. A few other people also felt that mobile connection rates, particularly to certain regions, were too expensive and that call charges were not always transparent, with some experiencing unexpected deductions from their balance.

It’s exactly what I was looking for

It’s exactly what I was looking for. I live overseas but need to make international calls all the time. My phone plan doesn’t include that service, so I’m happy I found this solution and it works as promised.

Yadaphone Web App Review

Yadaphone Web App Review

I recently had the opportunity to try out the Yadaphone web app, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by its user-friendly interface and robust features.

From the moment I logged in, I appreciated the clean and modern design. Navigation was simple, making it easy to find what I needed without feeling overwhelmed. The dashboard provides a clear overview of all the essential metrics, which is great for anyone looking to get insights quickly.

One of the standout features of Yadaphone is its versatility. Whether you need to manage phone calls, texts, or even schedule reminders, everything is integrated seamlessly. I found the calling feature particularly impressive, as it provides excellent call quality and reliability.

Additionally, the customization options are a huge plus. Users can personalize their profiles and set preferences that fit their specific needs. This flexibility enhances the overall experience, allowing each user to tailor the app to their lifestyle.

I did encounter a slight delay when loading some features during peak hours, which could be improved. However, the customer support was responsive and helpful, addressing my concerns promptly, which made a big difference.

Overall, I would highly recommend Yadaphone to anyone looking for a comprehensive communication tool. It’s feature-rich, easy to use, and offers great value, making it a solid choice for both personal and professional use.

Great Skype replacement

I was looking for a replacement for Skype in order to call businesses in other countries, as well as friends and relatives abroad who have no access to tools like Messenger, WhatsApp, etc. I was particularly worried about a cousin of mine who lives an ocean away, is vision-impaired, and has no accessible way to read text messages.

My cousin and I talked for nearly two hours on Yadaphone without any problems at all. Clear connection on the very first try, and no variation in the quality the entire time. I hope to stick with Yadaphone, and I fully expect them to add text, SMS, and more in future. It's a new service, but it seems to be off to a great start.

What a find!

What a find! With Skypés closure I desperately needed a way to call landlines over in internet and stumbled on yadaphone. What a find! Works super well and great customer service! Especially the capacity to add remote locations. I’m making calls from remote locations to other remote locations as well as major countries. I’ve added the web page to my Home Screen so I make calls from my phone - it works like an app keeping me logged in and super easy to use which I love. Thanks team great work!

Having a US number cannot be easier

Having a US number cannot be easier, when virtual mobile networks like US mobile & Mint mobile are all affordable with good call rate and such. If you only need a number with occasional call (and you're outside of the US, less than $2 for a US phone number is a real steal.

Very Questionable Quality

Making calls from Indonesia on this site had been useless. Dropouts, touch tone does not function and the call voice quality is miserable.

Works like a charm!

Was slightly sluggish before registering/getting into the my profile (maybe it was a connection issue, or something with my funky setup: arch linux + zen browser), but when it came to the important part, to make a phone call to a landline - it worked like a charm!

Full transparency: I should be getting an extra 5$ for this review, but the 5 stars is well deserved (I'd have left a 5 star review on android store, but there is android app - and I actually might be happy about that!)

No fuss, nothing to install, just works

We were on holiday when my father-in-law needed to talk with his GP at home. It turns out its much harder than it needs to be to call abroad from some countries, and it's no fun scrolling through random voip providers to make a call. I randomly found yadaphone and they have made it as simple as possible to make a call - you pay $5, and call basically any number you want. That's it; it just works

Nice experience for cheap price

It was really nice. I have made my international calls with ease for a very cheap price. With a nice service, they caontacted me directly after my calls to ask about my experience and how to improve it. Simply, it's recommended way to make your international calls.
