I've used this convenient service a few times to make long support calls to my Australian bank while overseas, and the connections have been flawless. The price is also very honest. Recommended.

Yadaphone is just what I needed as a Skype replacement . I want to make cheap international calls from my desk top computer .

At first I could not find how to sign in . It is hidden in small letters below sign up .

I ask yadaphone to refund my money to my credit card.

I am a US Navy retiree residing in the Philippines. I use US banking facilities and credit cards plus need to contact US Veterans Administration and various health programs. I have a brother who resides in the US that I contact frequently. After Skype was discontinued, I tried two other services but they were not compatible with my needs. I finally found Yadaphone and have used it satisfactorily twice. It appears to supply all my overseas phone needs and recommend it to anyone with similar needs.

I have tried and inquired about 2 other internet phone svces after Skype was terminated earlier this year, and was not satisfied with any.
Then I was recommended Yadaphone about 2 months ago. I have used it in the Carribbean and out of South América.
I had solid, continuos, clear contact.
The price is as cheap as I could wish for. And downloading the app, has made it an easy experience everything.

Living in Germany, I used to rely on Skype to make calls to U.S.-based accounts (banks, apps, institutions, etc). I was thrilled to find Yadaphone as a replacement. I love how easy the access is (no need to download an app or click through multiple pages - just straight to the dialpad) and how transparent the pricing is (the always-visible credit). Even if Skype were an option, I'd still prefer Yadaphone for these reasons.

I signed up for Yadaphone shortly after Skype closed its doors earlier this year. I live in the UK and need a service that can call my parents in the US. Yadaphone provides this service flawlessly at an extremely great price.

My only wish is that I could be able to use it through an app like Skype did, rather than strictly through a web browser.

Calls could not be made unless I stopped blocking trackers and ads (no less than 30)
After I used Yadaphone and tried opening a page dedicated to air purifiers, I was diverted to a very graphic porn webpage. This never happened before I used Yadaphone. I strongly recommend AGAINST using Yadaphone

So easy to use, well priced and much more clear & reliable than all of the alternatives I've tried!

So tried Yadaphone the first time after depositing at least $5 to make the very first international in Australia, and the audio quality is incredibly clear and easy to understand as well. Will be using it again in a foreseeable future if possible (perhaps limiting myself to both English-speaking countries and Spanish-speaking countries to make things easier). Thanks to the folks at Yadaphone for making it happen!

And just a protip to folks: Only make international phone calls when its ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY! Don't drag the conversation for too long as every second counts when you're making an international phone call so use them wisely and save up as much as you can before you make your first international call!

The phone starts charging before connecting. And it actually does not connect. Even telecoms do not do that. Also the rates are pretty high. No way to compare with Skype. In the end just called from my mobile phone, at lest it connects. Wasted 15 euros on this. For a call that did not work.

Very good experience. The service provided as I was looking for. Very convenient calls worldwide. Additionally their support is very helpful

It is a work in progress, and so far it works, but with some issues. Sometimes the connections are not as clear, and the charging commences before the call connects. Nevertheless, I still use it as it is an alternative to Skype.

Will be my replacement for Skype, for the sole purpose of making calls to phone numbers from my desktop computer... as soon as I figure out how to sign in!

Happy to have found a superior alternative to Skype with good features, including caller ID using your own number. Yadaphone's customer service is quick, efficient, and friendly. Rates are very reasonable. Making a call is simple, connection was faultless, and voice quality on an iPad is as good as using my phone.

Call charges are not transparent. Whilst a live review of the charges are displayed during the call, when the call was ended another few dollars suddenly disappeared from the balance shown.

When Skype closed, I was getting discouraged by all the shady companies claiming Skype-like landline and phone calling capacities with weird subscriptions... Until I finally found Yadaphone, which works exactly like you'd expect, on a credit-based system, with similar cheap price. I've got no complains, at all. Use it.

Simple, smart and just great service.
It just works - the service do as it says it will; make calls to landline and mobiles available from just a browser.
No need to install a stupid app - it just works in your browser.
Sound quality is fine, and you can easily top up with money, and the price structure is simple and transparent.
