DECEPTIVE IMAGES, MISADVERTISING. "Crystal Flower Rhinestone Double Finger Rings" looks NOTHING like the image presented on the website, it's blobby and chunky and poorly made. Where there are delicate vines and flowers on their ad, there are actually just blobs; where there's a glittery stream on the ad, there are actually big rhinestones that are on the verge of falling out. Company will only refund if I pay shipping back to China, which is about 3/4ths of the potential refund. Having to work with Paypal to resolve this now.

Shipping took way too long... suspect it was being sent from China. I got what I ordered, but more than a month later. items were ok, but as another reviewer said, all their stuff is from China. A little research, and you can find the same things for less money, and no headaches.

Ordered a set of dice from Wyvern's Hoard, a Red Ale Polyhedral Dice Set for $30. The dice I received are generic red and white dice I could find in any pound of dice on Amazon, and very low quality. After I contacted the company via email regarding what I received, I was offered a 20% refund, not a refund of the item, as the item itself was wrong. I reached out again and again for a proper response, and have been ignored since. I would be totally fine if I got the refund, and I am totally understanding of a mistake occurring, but the dismissive response and refusal is just too much for me to trust the company anymore.

I've gotten other things from Wyvern's Hoard, and they've been really nice items, but the customer service side is just too much for me to trust or recommend.

I had not purchased from Wyverns hoard before but like what I saw and the kraken watch and earings I chose were awesome so much so that I am purchasing another set of skeleton unicorns for my daughter , who adores her watch. A friend has also purchased since I showed her the site. Highly recommend them fast delivery also.👍👍👍
