- I purchased cat earrings for my girlfriend, for 46€. They looked so nice on the website...
- Received directly from China some kind of awful things that seemed to be made with feet by backward kids in a kindergarten! Something I could not decently offer to anyone !!! I can share related pics, if someone wants to see (and laugh as well !!)
- Agreed with the vendor on returning the items and to be refunded
- Earrings returned to China (additional cost for me) and well received by the vendor (as shown by the tracking URL)
- Since that day: no news from the vendor, despite many emails and reminders. So, no refund, of course!
- Fortunately, I had paid my order via Paypal. They assisted me to be refunded, in this context of total silence from the vendor.

--> Bottom line: go away from that site! It's obvious 'quality' and 'honesty' are not in their motto !! Don't believe fake comments and site evaluations you can read! And keep your money for honest vendors!

I placed an order in early November. I am writing this review in mid-February. You can't reach them. The tracking number is crap. If you do email them, you get an electronic response, then silence. I generally don't leave reviews I just consider my losses and move on but Wyvern Hoard adds to the insult by making it impossible for any response.

While their Instagram ad campaign is designed to make this seem like a fantasy and goth themed jewelry store curated by lovers of the style, it’s little more than a scam website selling massively overpriced junk you can buy on Amazon for a quarter of the price. Worse yet, there is no mention on their site that once you place an order, they simply place an order from some Chinese factory, which presumably you could have ordered from yourself. Except that you never would, because the shipping would take weeks to months, which they are also very careful to neglect to mention. Ordered an item for Christmas over 3 weeks ago, never arrived. Complained to customer service 10 days after ordering, curious about why I never received any shipping info, and was told “be aware we have a 15-20 day delivery window.” I think it’s safe to say that in this day and age, no one would bother placing an order if that was disclosed. If you see something you like on their site, head over to amazon, you’ll find it there for way, way cheaper and with two day shipping. Buyer beware.

I purchased a journal and when it arrived both corners were broken off. When I contacted the seller, they offered me a 20% refund, which is ridiculous. I said I wanted to return the item for either a full refund or a replacement. They went silent and basically stole my money. This place is a scam. They cannot be reached by phone and don't return emails.

Other than a Singapore company (bank charged international fees) selling Chinese products, I am somewhat impressed that the negative reviews may have been wrong, if not partially so. Prices seem about 20% high for what you get, but specials and coupons bring that back into perspective. A trick - leave items in your cart and leave if your coupon seems small. Also, Black Friday threw in a 30% and free shipping over $50.

The downside is that shipping from across the Pacific did take a loooong time. Not for the faint of heart. Especially after reading some of the reviews. My purchase did arrive, complete and it only took 2 weeks, after taking 3 days to go from purchase to shipping.

Also, support did get back to me when I voiced concerns about how long it was taking and that I didn't have tracking info. The next day, they sent tracking info, and it showed that it had made it to the USA, and it truly showed 2 days later.

Will I shop with them again? I don't know, but isn't a resounding "no".

Never received item and never answered my emails to explain why or give a refund

I bought two items from this website for my wife's birthday. I bought a pair of earrings that were about $20 and a ring that was around $80. I received the ring in about 2 weeks and was still waiting for the ring. I emailed after 2 and half weeks had passed and was responded to fairly quickly and received a tracking number however, the tracking number had no activity since November 3rd and I had purchased the item in late October. I waited another week and half, which is not a whole month of waiting. I again emailed the company and again they asked me to confirm the email. I requested a refund and then they completely cut off communication. It has been 3 days and they have not sent me a single reply email. I am extremely dissatisfied with my service and on top of that this was the first company that has ever literally stolen my money. I will definitely never do business with these people again and I highly recommend anyone avoid them. Even to this day the tracking number has had no activity and there has been no type of update received. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE.

I tried canceling the next day on Nov5th after I found out about this by sending a cancellation request to their support email AND a voicemail to their +1 (201) 299-6178 that is simply a unmonitored phone line. I already created a credit card dispute. They said its been shipped today and they can't cancel. "Shipped" is technically that carrier has the package not "2022-11-07 14:52 Shipment information received". AVOID THESE GREEDY PEOPLE!!!
Drop-shipper. "Estimated Delivery times from our International Warehouse" and delivery times out to a month.

The stuff they're selling is low-quality stuff from China, available all over.

For instance a $25 skull ring can be found onis $5 on Aliexpress or amazon for $5-$10 for instance Or the Dragons secret journal book for 35 on amazon that they sell for 80+ on their website.

So I'd guess that you would receive what you buy, but it might not be worth what they charge

I love the dice I bought, the CG4 Galaxy dice (I'm pretty sure that's what they were called) look amazing, and even though the package was a bit delayed (because of the pandemic) I will definitely shop here again when I get the money!

I've gotten some of my favourite dice from Wyverns' Hoard, and some really neat jewellery too. The wide spread in quality can be surprising, at first, but everything is priced fairly, so it's just a little heartbreaking when you notice the price of a beautiful piece and only then realize that it's made from some quality metals instead of the usual costume jewelry you grab for cheap. But even the cheap jewellery is still well made, clasps work, resizable rings expand and contract without snapping, details are as shown in the photos.
