The product that arrived looked nothing like the product advertised. MUCH cheaper. Not wearable. The “moonstone” is clearly a fake, the details were smoothed out, the cat in the necklace was too thin to look like an animal. It’s ugly. I would post a photo if I could.

Ordered 3 jewelry items that look OK for now, but seem to be made of plastic, not metal as expected. Though the company claims to be in Oregon, the items took a long time to arrive and used a very sketchy shipping company (shown on return address label: Geeathers Fottys in Los Angeles, CA.) Won’t be ordering again.

They never send my package. I asked what happen. They told me they'll be back soon. Then ghost me at all and just take my money and never send any package.

I absolutely adore the ghost earrings I’ve gotten and can’t wait to receive my unicorn and butterfly earrings! I give you guys five stars because everything looks like the picture! I wish the shipping was a bit quicker though. Thank you.

I have never received any tracking information for my item, and I have emailed several times. No response to either. I sure get a lot of advertisement emails from them though. Huge rip off.

Just received the earrings I ordered. They're in the shape of dragonfly wings. Absolutely love them. Exactly as they appeared to be. Very, very pleased.

Ordered a fox cuff, payment went through, 12 working days ago. Received the usual immediate acknowledgement of order and a second immediate saying processing was ‘almost completed’. Nothing since then. Auto replies to my enquiry emails about has item shipped yet. Have decided to keep stating my concern on their fb ads, and making a comment here. Will happily post to both sites if I ever receive the item.
UPDATE now 7th July, no shipping advice, no item, despite several emails. Company replied over a week ago saying item not in stock and ‘thankyou for your patience’. I am emailing weekly. I will escalate to seeking a refund, and then I will advise company (if no refund, which I expect) that I will contact the appropriate Singapore authorities.
Will continue to up date.

Update: item finally delivered on 13 July 2025, after multiple emails and my eventual statement that if not delivered by end of July I would seek a refund. Kept in reserve, that I would contact the relevant Singapore authorities if no item and no refund. Item in good condition, well made.

Not happy at all!

Ordered a few items: a ring,a pair of earrings, and a beret.
The jewellery is very different from the images on the website, it's too small and the material is cheap, like a kid's costume. The beret didn't fit either.

I wrote to customer services enquiring about a return, and they replied that the return process is expensive and difficult, so they offered me a partial refund that wouldn't even cover for one of the items.

I send them two emails asking for return instructions, saying that what they were offering was unacceptable, and I haven't received a reply after days of waiting.

How can you not have an easy return process? I feel cheated.

This site is way overcharging for drop shipped items. My friend received items from this site as a gift and a business card came with it so we went to check the site out, and immediately saw a ton of stuff we’ve been seeing on eBay and Wish for years. Quality of the items received as gifts definitely confirm that these items are not made by them as they claim

Also side note, the reviews on the site are fake. There’s a lot of different name, same photo, same locations and descriptions, and most names are just letters

Wyverns Hoard has creative and well made jewelry. I have been thrilled with all of my purchases. It looks exactly as shown in the catalog.

Bought cute little bat adjustable ring. Wore it on one particular finger,couldn't get the adjustment to stay. Put
it aside to wear later and it broke at the point where the wing attached to the body. I got about a weeks wear .Not happy.

My ring arrived with the stone broken. I would like to return it for a refund.

I contacted company explaining I checked with neighbors just in case ... Nada ... We are seniors on my street, look out for one another ... After TWO Days I get an EM suggesting I chk with neighbors AND call the Post Office ... I had already provided all information I had done so ... Poor Customer Service ... I have filed a dispute for a refund ... Lesson learned with this company ... Never again 01/08/2025

I ordered a few pieces of jewelry. They arrived from AliExpress. Very flimsy materials and very cheap looking in real life.

Worse than Temu, never received product and they say it was delivered. It also took too long for them to answer me, buyer beware!

Drop shipping website. Bought an item from them that eventually was sent by Temu. Item was significantly overpriced, poor quality, and slow postage. Stay away from this website.

If there was an option for leaving a negative star, that’s what I’d leave. I ordered merchandise from them on November 12th paid for it and let my kin folk that presents were on the way. Emailed the company of the 9th of December and all I got back with were looking into it. Emailed again on the 18th and today got back another we’re looking into it. Needless to say I won’t be purchasing ANYTHING from this company ever again.

Update: Finally got a reply from these people. The person replying claimed that the items were delivered on November 27th and then mentioned that the recipient should check at the post office for the package. Uh why would they go to the post office to look for the package if it was supposedly delivered?
Definitely never dealing with this company again. A $60 US lesson well learned.

The ring you sent me DEFINITELY IS NOT A 12..IT IS AT BEST A 9 IT TOOK 12 DAYS TO GET IT .NOT IMPRESSED NOT RECOMMENDED.

The product quality is not good, and the shipping and customer service are really bad. I ordered over $100 worth of product, half my order took over a month to arrive, and several items were broken. I asked for a refund and I am still waiting (two months on) for one product that I had to ship back to them. I had to ask them several times for a return shipping slip as they wanted me to pay to return their broken items. Another item which arrived in the second half, month long wait, is also broken. They are just not responding to my messages now and ignoring me. The item fell apart as soon as I opened the package. Poor quality, bad service, don't order from here.
