Do not buy

In Australia. Do not buy from this company - they add a tiny discount at the checkout then say you're ineligible for a refund because it was sale. Then said they would give me a refund out of courtesy for one pair and an exchange on the other pair, so I return both pairs. No exchange and no refund received and I'm out of pocket $58 for postage on top of the $450 for the shoes. They said they processed the refund but still nothing! No news of the exchange just emails stalling saying they're looking into it. This has been weeks I've been going back and forth now! Bought them 15th March, it's now the end of April.

Great Style and Comfort — Just Size Down

I recently bought my first pair of Wyder shoes and was honestly really impressed. They’re comfortable right out of the box and I got a ton of compliments the first time I wore them. I ended up ordering a second pair pretty quickly, and I like those just as much.

The only thing I’d note is sizing — they do seem to run a bit big. I sized down and they’re still slightly roomy, but nothing unmanageable.

Packaging was really nice and felt elevated, which I appreciated. Shipping to New York was a bit slow, but customer service was responsive and helpful when I had questions.

Overall, I’d definitely order from them again — just be mindful of sizing.

No customer service

Beware! Shoes were pretty but 2.5 inches too long. When trying to return, I was told to use the extra pads, then asked to confirm my address, then nothing. I finally got a return label after another email. Sent shoes back on 4/9/26.It was delivered to them 4/15/26. NO REFUND YET. This is a SCAM company. After social media complaints, their marketing department reached out. I responded and NOTHING back. Scam company. Beware.

Zero stars

Zero stars. The shoes did not fit at all and were immediately returned within the allowed return window. Despite doing everything correctly, I have still not received my refund. Completely unacceptable customer service and a disappointing overall experience. I will not order from this company again.

I've ordered 4 pairs of shoes now and…

I've ordered 4 pairs of shoes now and love them all! I have wide feet with a high instep, so it's been very difficult to find shoes that fit AND that are pretty. I did have to return/exchange one pair because I bought a size too big, but the process was very easy and the customer service team members were great. I'm currently stalking their site to get another pair that is out of stock and will definitely be buying more pairs in the future.

1 month- still no shoes.

At this point I have been waiting nearly a MONTH for my shoes. Not a word from them. I’ve had to reach out each time I have wanted an update. Each response has been lackluster AI, seemingly scripted email. I asked for a refund and now they are ignoring me. They say the shoes are being shipped but the tracking information is from a company I have never heard of and it doesn’t even work!!! I am absolutely furious!!! I wanted SO BADLY to finally have a company that made shoes for people like me. Too bad they don’t give a crap about the people who buy from them!

I have 12 pairs of shoes from Wydr…

I have 12 pairs of shoes from Wydr Studios that I have ordered over the last 2+ years. Needless to say, I am really happy with the product and the fit (I’m a 10WW). I think they’ve really dialed in on the key needs of a wider foot: room in the ball of the foot, generous toe box, volume, longer straps, and so on. Sizing is consistent across styles. I have had very good experiences with the ordering and shipping process, too. The shoes are carefully packaged and come with shoe bags and extra insoles. My orders have been quickly confirmed with a tracking number. Since I’m in the U.S. and the shoes ship from China, the shipping takes a little longer but since I can follow the package journey with the tracking number, I’m OK with that. The shoes take between 1-3 weeks to get to me. They’re cute and they fit me so they’re worth the wait.

I will never buy shoes from this company again. The shoes were very big, I reached out to the company three times before they sent me a return lable. No way else to communicate with the company, only by email. Very disappointed, beware.

Since our shoes are made true to WW (2E) standards, we have noticed that a number of customers need to size down in comparison to other brands.

With regards to returns – once we receive your return request and it has been accepted, it can take up to 48 hours to process and send over a return label! We can assure you that as long as your return request was submitted within the 30-day return window and the shoes are in the right condition, the return will be processed as per usual.

finally found my shoes

I love that I have finally found wide width sandals that are not too high or low and not too heavy! I took 1 star away because I paid for shipping which was supposed to be 7-11 days but it actually took 3 weeks. BUT worth the wait.

Horrible Customer Service and Product

The product is very cheap looking for the price. However what’s worse than the product is the customer service. The shoes were far too large and slipped off my heel even though I ordered my usual size that I get in SAS.

I returned them after having to jump through multiple hoops such as sending them a picture of how my foot looked in the shoe. Then after sending them back it took forever for them to acknowledge that they were going to refund my money. They need to review how well a company like Zappos handles returns. Normally I wouldn’t bother to send a review but they’ve sent me so many emails giving me a “nudge” to submit one that I did.

There are so many companies that have a wide product line so don’t waste your money on Wydr.

Unsure about Return Process

Received item quickly but return process is not as easy as it is listed. You are instructed to email them for a return label but it was almost 4 day process just to obtain a label as first email was responded to with a request to see if I wanted help finding a new shoe. Once I responded no, just to return they asked to confirm my address. Then another email was finally received with the label and I was told to notify them that I had shipped. Here we are 10 days later and I still have no refund. It’s too bad because i would like to try another store of shoe but I do not trust the return process.

Buying shoes for my wide fat feet has always ended in many tears and I have been too scared to buy online without being able to try on first. I took a leap of faith, measured my feet as per their instructions and ordered some boots. I was so relieved they fit perfectly. Now I need to save so I can buy more.

Sizing is 'iffy'

I am a 7-1/2 EEEE, and have flat feet and heel spurs. (I can't stand ugly shoes - I'd as soon go out in running shoes as I would in a burlap sack.) I like shoes I can adjust through the day if necessary. I recently purchased rather dressy sandals which I loved. The slingback Mary Janes are beautiful, but one pair (a 10) is much too long (I can adjust the strap), where this pair, the exact size of the sandals which fit perfectly, are much too tight. I'll need to use a shoe stretcher, and make sure I carry them if I go to a dressy event. There isn't any place left where I can try on shoes. The sizing is 'hit or miss.' I believe I gave the sandals a 5-star rating - these are 3 for good service, but 2 for sizing.

This is my second pair of Wydr shoes

This is my second pair of Wydr shoes, and I wore them the frost time for Easter. It is such a relief to put on a shoe that doesn't immediately feel like it is squeezing my foot uncomfortably. The quality feels like even higher end brands of footwear. The styles are both classic and fashionable. I'm really glad I found your products!

To find a company that sells wide shoes that are comfortable and stylish is a plus for me. I sized down from my regular shoe size as suggested and they fit perfectly. I will be purchasing other styles in the future.

I just made my first purchase and I’m very happy

just made my first purchase and bought the Savannah Sporty Sandal. I had to return it for an exchange for a smaller size. But I love this sandal. The exchange process was very easy. In my return I included the free tote bag thinking I had to return everything and I would receive another and I did not. So that made me sad. Hey Wydr Studio could you please send me a free tote?

Once ordered the shoes arrived in a…

Once ordered the shoes arrived in a timely manner, unfortunately they were too big so I had to arrange to post them back and instead of organising a replacement pair I decided to opt for refund and purchased a smaller size separately assuming I would get a refund. The new size is great and I have worn them a few times and they are taking a little wearing in but are really good quality shoes.
So far I have only relieved a very small refund and am hopeful this will be rectified soon
