Originally bought a size 12 but way too big. Started the process of returns and is rather a hassle to return. Buying from Australia I didn’t think it would so complex and the return address I was a bit concerned about. Anyways I bought a smaller size and they are amazing shoes! Size is perfect and just wonderful for someone who has always had problems buying shoes for a wider foot! Will I buy again yes I will. Just need to improve the returns process from Aus buyers

I wished the shipping was faster but the customer service is top notch! Anytime I needed to exchange something or if a shoe had an issue, they were super responsive. The shoes are great quality and so comfortable.

The shoe was of good quality and the fit was phenomenal. I have a hard time finding cute shoes that fit and Wydr is my go to source.

If I could give a less than a 1 star rating, I would have!! Since I was a child, I have had wide feet and so I decided to try Wydr and I bought simple black patent leather ballet flats with a bow. The soles were some sort of an unbendable plastic or rubber that has absolutely NO give to the point where you can't tell by looking at the sole of the shoe that it was walked in. Also, the patent leather isn't buttery soft on your foot. Instead, the patent leather is also very stiff and unforgiving on your feet. I had them on with a black pantsuit for only 2 hours to attend a cocktail party and my feet were screaming. I couldn't wait to take them off my feet when I got back into my car. What an absolute waste of $139. Tieks may be a little more expensive, but they're so much kinder to your feet. Never again will I purchase a Wydr shoe!!

I literally love these shoes! I have purchased 5 pair since October. I was nervous when I bought the first pair because of the cost but was willing to try them. I AM OBSESSED! I wear a 12 wide and can never buy shoes that are cute and comfortable, until now! These are a total game-changer. Not only are they incredibly cute and stylish, but the comfort level is 10/10. I wore them all day hosting an event right out of the box with zero pinching or blisters. If you’ve been hesitant, this is your sign to buy them. Your feet will thank you!

I am glad that I chose wydr for my winter and spring foot wear. I really enjoyed the quick response to my problem and the service was very courteous.The shoes are excellent quality and they are sturdy. Even the flats are good on my feet. Look forward to getting more pairs in the near future.

I'm obsessed with Wydr shoes because they offer me cute feet!!!! I have had to exchange several to get the size right but they always work with me. I appreciate that. Sometimes it's a bit more work to return them. I don't love that if I buy shoes with a coupon they become ineligible for return. Only exchange. However, I was still offered a full return anyways.

I love how many cute wide width options they have. The shoes are well made with quality materials.
Working with customer service was incredibly easy. I needed to return a pair of shoes from two separate orders, Wydr’s customer service was accommodating and made it happen without issue. Will be ordering from them again!

What a wonderful company this is! It’s so hard to find chic, flattering shoes that fit well and actually accommodate for wide feet. As a former ballet dancer, I’m obsessed! I can’t wait to order my next pair.

Excellent website. Easy to use. Enough different style shoes. Wish there were half sizes but I absolutely love my boots.

My first order from Wydr! The shoes are fantastic quality, and fit really well. As a girlie with a very high arch I particularly appreciate the extra room in the toe box. I sized down from my usual (I usually wear a 10, but that was far too big, the 9 was perfect). The returns process in Australia was a little underdeveloped (no shipping labels), but I think that will come with time as they expand here.

Super happy this company exists! My feet are difficult to shop for (size 11 and wide). Wydr is sized consistently and stylish. Most importantly they're comfortable and well made too. Nothing I've purchased has fallen apart or worn out quickly!

I love that the shoes and boots are such high quality. I have always had wide feet and options are limited. I really appreciate the extra inserts to customize the fit.

I love the fit of my wydr shoes! I order 3 pairs to see which ones I liked the best. My only complaint is that it took 2 of the pairs quite awhile to arrive. Other than that, the shoes are great and the customer service has been great through the return process!

I ordered my normal size 12 and they seemed a bit big. So I ordered a size 11 and they were perfect. The extra width really makes the shoe comfortable. I was so impressed with the quality, packaging, etc. The return experience was easy as well. Took a longer time than most shippers to arrive - but well worth the wait. Really a nice shoe and the fact that it is stylish and fits good is such a huge bonus!!!

I was skeptical about these shoes comfortably fitting my wide feet, but I decided to give them a try. I absolutely love them! They are so comfortable and stylish. I just got my 2nd pair in silver for my daughter’s wedding. I’m so happy I gave them a try!! I love them!

The kitten heel is soo comfortable. I can wear these shoes for 8+ hours of standing without pain! Not mention, I get tons of compliments on the chic shiny leather.

Unable to order a number of pairs to find the best fit. I have a very wide foot and high instep. I can't wear most shoes. I was excited to find this brand but their shipping and returns are too inflexible to even try. If I order more than one pair, I will get an exchange for any return. I don't want to keep exchanging pairs of shoes trying to see if one fits and not being able to compare them at the same time to see which works best. This rigidity is because of an "easter sale" that takes about $10 off per pair. I can't even remove the discount. Exchange only on sale items. I'm guessing there's always a sale to avoid accepting returns for a refund. I reached out to customer service. The did eventually respond but tried to evade my concern and make the exchange sound like a good thing. They said they do it this way because people take advantage and order several pairs. I can't speak for others, but for me I'm just trying to find the best fit for a specific style. They have two different loafers (one is a 2.0), so it's not like I'm going wild with lots of different shoes. They are trying to talk me into buying one pair at a time by guessing which "might" fit best. That's not how shoe shopping goes for me. As I'm sure most with wide feet. Meanwhile, they charge $10 shipping which is probably for each time they send a pair. And at the end of all those exchanges, what if none fits well? No refund. Or the pair I'd gotten 3 orders ago would be best in the end but I had to send it back for the exchange? Nothing short of infuriating really that I can't try on the shoes properly. Really disappointing because these shoes check all the boxes for me to try them on.
