It took a couple of tries to find the right size for me, but the Astor Heeled Mary Jane are so cute and are so comfortable! The almond color goes with almost any outfit, and I haven't had cute shoes that don't make my feet hurt in such a long time. Now that I found my size, I'm excited to shop for other kinds of styles.

I love my red Ava Mary Janes. I really had to test my patience with this order because I’m so used to quick shipping with other companies.

I ordered my usual size of 9 and when they arrived after about 10 days, they were too big. I suggest that everyone size down from their usual. I’m so used to having poorly fitting shoes and sizing up for width, etc. so it was hard to believe these would be truly wide.

I didn’t want to wait for returning so I purchased another pair in the 8 and then started the return process, which was a little taxing. First, we had thrown away the original shipping box - they get dirty and such so we don’t keep them in the house. I waited a few days for a return label via email and shipped them off. I added a note indicating I’d like to just exchange those for the perforated black Ava Mary Janes. After tracking the shipping and sending a few follow up emails, I actually received the replacement pair before I got an email response. That whole process took 3-4 weeks.

Now, onto the shoes. I pay for quality, well-fitting shoes for my feet. I travel three weeks of each month and am in airports and hotels constantly. I don’t need to waste money on cheap, uncomfortable shoes that I keep replacing.

The Ava Mary Janes are adorable, the leather is nice, and even the insole is a nice leathery material. They are truly wide. My feet are pretty chunky, especially my left foot. No issues. The strap is nice and long with lots of hole openings. I love the squarish toe, it makes the shoe look very European. These were comfortable out of the box and I can walk in them all day.

The shoes come with an alternate thick insole to use is you need a tighter fit or extra padding but I didn’t need them - I may use them in another shoe.

I like that the shoe heels “click” as I walk but the rest of the sole can be slippery on super glossy or wet floors. These are definitely not for working in a restaurant.

Although I love them and they are fine to walk in, I find that they aren’t the greatest to stand on. They are pretty flat. Wear socks.

Overall, I absolutely love these and I plan to have them in each color. I feel they are worth the cost and you will love them once you get sizing correct. I have been wearing them now in airports, hotels, driving and no issues except for standing a long time.

I have purchased more than 10 pairs of shoes from WYDR and was very surprised to find that I couldn’t be refunded for shoes purchased during a promotion. The customer service agent was very helpful in helping reach a compromise but the process is very long. I’m still waiting for an exchange and refund after more than a month. It’s very frustrating to wait so long to try on shoes that are purchased online and then wait even longer for resolution when it doesn’t work out. Wide width shoes are so hard to find and you can’t measure the comfort of shoes with pictures.

Very happy with the quality of the shoes. They are very comfortable and stylish. I get complements on all the pairs I own. I have to size down, but overall the fit is very good and great for working in the office.

Really love Wydr shoes, I have several pairs of their shoes and recommend them to everyone! Shipping takes a little while but it’s we worth it in my opinion

As someone with extra-wide feet that has longed for cute shoes my whole life, trying Wydr is one of the best fashion decisions I’ve made. I was hesitant to order shoes I could not try on, but I am happy I took the leap. My shoes fit wonderfully and I am happy wearing them all day without dying to take them off by the end of the day. I look forward to painless shoe shopping with no tears unlike all of my past experiences with shoes not made for my feet.

Love these shoes. I have 4 pairs from boots to sandals. I love each pair. The leather is so soft and does not need to be broken in. Truly wide fit! No pinching your little toe or the top of your foot till you need to cry. Just buy them and see for yourself. Also, return was so easy. no questions asked. I have had the best overall experience and get so many complements on the cute styles.

Absolutely love this brand. I thought my days of cute boots were over thanks to myriad foot problems, making wide shoes my only option. Cute, great quality, hold up well and great customer service. Can't recommend them enough!

Shoes are good quality. I had to exchange a pair and they were excellent in sending me a label for the return and then sending the new size. The other pair I ordered fit perfectly. It was great to get an advertised wide shoe that are actually wide.

I ordered a size too big, and the Wydr team kindly (and quickly!) helped me organise an exchange. The correct size arrived, and it is absolutely perfect. The boots are comfortable, good quality and beautiful. They look and feel well-made. The packaging was also great. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

The shoes are very high quality leather. Very impressed. They run a little long.

This is my fourth “nudge” to share a review, so here I go.
This is a young company with much to learn regarding the Australian market who are used to easy returns and prompt refunds.
I purchased several pairs of shoes in March.
The type of shoe doesn’t work for me because of bone spurs on both big toe joints.
I thought they would be worth a try because of their wider fit, but no joy.
I followed instructions to email them prior to return.
First of all they said I couldn’t return because I bought them during a promotion.
When I checked the website, the shoes I had purchased were in fact more expensive than their current price.
When I said this was unacceptable they then said they would refund two pairs and give me a store credit for the other two pairs.
I explained again that their style of shoe won’t work for me so there was no point in me having a store credit for shoes I would never purchase.
After saying that I would look at my purchaser and consumer rights and that as a 71 year old I was finding all of this a bit stressful , they eventually agreed to refund me.
I am still waiting for this refund and it is the end of April.
In short, I think the shoes are nice and a good option for wider feet.
Their communication and refund process needs to be improved if they want to sell successfully to an Australian market.

Save your time and money. Shoes don’t fit and you can’t return, only exchange within 30 days. Then they are out of stock on any replacement you want. (This happened with my first and second choice replacement) so you’re out the money AND the shoes (because of course, you’ve returned the first pair that didn’t fit) - they also don’t reply in a timely way to email and have generally abysmal customer service. Seriously just buy comfortview on amazon.

This review is based on my personal experience. I bought a pair of flats for my daughter as a gift. They were beautifully packaged and they were beautiful well made shoes, I will say that if you buy, take the time to measure like the brand suggests, you’d be surprised how comfortable the shoes fit if you get your size right. The customer service for me was excellent, I got answers every time I reached out and my issues were resolved promptly. I will definitely buy again.

I have purchased several pairs of shoes from this company. The fit is good, and the quality seems great.

Really enjoyed the product. Fits very well. The size chart helped a lot. Hopefully soon there will be half sizes since personally I'm between sizes.

This is my 2nd time purchasing from Wydr. The first time I bought 3 pairs of shoes, two were the same style, but different sizes. I ended up returning two pairs and keeping one. I didn’t realize that returns were not free. However, the Mary Jane’s I purchased are perfect for my very wide toe box. The second purchase was for a pair of combat boots, which are super cute and wide enough in the toe box for me. The ankle is quite roomy, I expect for people with thicker ankles and legs.

I am not a thick girly. I just have extremely wide feet and this brand has very comfortable and good quality shoes. Definitely purchasing from them again, but be sure to measure your feet correctly before buying so you don’t have to spend money on returning shoes.

Great quality shoes for the price. I have a high instep and wide feet and by following their instructions for sizing, I was able to find two pair of shoes that fit me well.
