Easy Order, Phenomenal Price!
It was easy to follow the online instructions for how to purchase a new pair of glasses and lenses using my prescription. The new glasses received were perfect from day 1 of wearing. Never had an adjustment period with the lenses as so often happens. Nothing needed to be adjusted. The price was so much different from what I had been paying all these years at my eye doctor's office that I can now afford to buy more than one pair.

“Future’s so bright…I gotta wear clip-ons?”
“Future’s so bright…I gotta wear clip-ons?”. OK, look, I’m a clip-on guy. I have my reasons. It works for me. I love Zenni‘s selection, affordability, and speedy delivery. I realize the clip-on concept isn’t rocket science but if you can use AI to put glasses on your face in the form of a hallucination, then why not display or demonstrate how the clip-on will adhere to your glasses? Because had I seen the claw type clip-on in action, I would have sought an alternative. The claw type has marred the finish off of my glasses in a few spots. I understand now that there are certain videos/tutorials at the VERY bottom of the website page. Nonetheless, I thought I would simply reorder magnetic clip-ons. I assumed that the starting point would be to find my previous order details. Nope. It was then that I decided to call. I was told my process actually began with the search for clip-ons which then had to be matched with my frame’s size and style. So, it’s back to my order and its order number. After a few tap taps by the representative, she informed me that magnetic clip-ons do not come with the particular frames I chose. Ouch. The representative was composed and pleasant but I swear I HEARD her eyes roll in exasperation. (Sorry to keep you, but I got questions.) She was helpful in sending me a link to all available claw clip-ons. Ordering more did not break the bank. And now that I know how fragile the claw clip-ons are I plan on making these last much longer.

incorrect prescription

Damage after less than 5 weeks of use
After less than 5 weeks of use, there is a random hole on the left temple of my frames right next to the screw. A piece of it must have quietly snapped off while folding the frame, which now shows quite noticeable damage from the side and may require special cleaning in the future. Also, they suspiciously discontinued the model when I tried viewing my order. Would not recommend.

Best sunglasses I’ve owned!
I purchased the glasses as a pair of prescription sunglasses and can’t speak highly enough! I chose my lenses to be a purple gradient, which is absolutely beautiful with the frames I had chosen!I was reluctant about the gradient being too much since we don’t have a choice of tinting percentage, but it is spot on! My vision is crisp, clear and my eyes are protected! No regrets!

I screwed up placing my prescription…
I screwed up placing my prescription and of course the glasses were wrong. Zenni replaced them for free even though the error was mine. A really customer focused company!
