True customer service
True customer service. I had mistyped my prescription and when I received my glasses they were unusable. I contacted customer service and was told I could return them for full store credit. Which I did, and ordered a new pair with the corrected prescription. Not many places would have given me credit for something that was my mistake, but Zenni did!

The experiences of 15 years using Zenni
Prices of frames do not change over the years.
Postage has been kept constant for over 10 years.
I have already suggested, that for people like me, who have been using the same frame for over 10 years and having 3 or 4 brand new frames at home, a possibility to order a new set of lenses without the frame should be considered by Zenni. (reuse...recycle)

Wellmade glasses, quick delivery.
I though think coatings are not of best quality, I feel lenses get dirty/greasy quite easily and cleaning takes some effort (stains do not clean with simple wipe).

One arm is longer
The glasses seem beautiful but one arm is longer than the other and it sticks out enough to hit the couch at times. Warning to those who order the blue light block, it also blocks your phone from seeing your eyes to unlock it.

I was hesitant to purchase glasses sight unseen ( no pun intended), so initially I ordered just a single pair. When they arrived, I was stunned by how much I loved them. The fit was great, and the lenses were spot-on, my biggest concern. I immediately ordered two more pairs: one identical, but with polarized lenses and another with a different color frame and the anti-glare coating for night driving. I am just as impressed with the second two pairs. The speed of the arrival was impressive too. I couldn't be more satisfied and will definitely be buying Zenni glasses again.
