This is the first time since Christmas that I am using them again

Pre-Order cancelled after 9 months
Pre-Order got cancelled after 9 months of waiting and now the item is almost twice the price it was during pre-order window.
Great service for in-stock items but I will never Pre-Order from Zavvi again.

Amazing customer service
I was slightly confused about an order that I made and wanted to speak to someone to help with that issue, I managed to speak to Lisa.
Lisa was lovely and solved the issue within 3 days. It was nice having the same person talking to me rather than having to explain myself over and over again, which I've experienced in the past with different companies.

I took advantage of the Jaws t-shirt and mug offer for £9.99 on Facebook…I must admit I was dubious, it sounded to good to be true…but 2 days later they arrived and I have to say WOW the t-shirt is great quality and true to size and the mug is also great quality. I will definitely be using them again…very happy…

Packaging could be better, but good customer service
Items don't always arrive in the best condition due to inappropriate packaging, but issues usually resolved by customer service - Lisa was particularly helpful sorting out a refund for a steelbook I ordered recently.

Not like they used to be, I ordered an item that was in stock and 2 weeks later it was still not sent, I emailed them after a week and was told it in the final stages of dispatch but still nothing after another week. Had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back.

No issues, item I ordered arrived ok when I expected it. Packaging looked a bit battered when it arrived which made me worried the item itself might be too but it was all good.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, ordered an mtg precon and opened the box to find it was filled with fake cards from another game! Went back and forth with customer service every day for a week sending multiple pictures of what they sent and are now denying me a refund or replacement! Avoid if you are wanting legit products!
