1 is being awfully kind, there should be a 0 option. I ordered 2 items on the 2nd May, one got a dispatch note within a day which was fine. After a few days I received an email saying that an incorrect item may have been sent instead and to send a picture when it arrives. In the meantime while waiting on that item the other item was cancelled with no reasoning given or no contact as to why.
The other item arrived and no surprise it was a different product from the same game so I sent a message and started the whole process of getting my correct product and a refund for the other item.
Well, as you can tell 8 weeks later and still waiting...
The customer service takes 24 hours on a good day, 72 hours on a bad day to message you. Different people message and give you differing information." Yes we do still have your item in stock" "No, your item is sold out" lmao.
I had to go through a complete rigmarole of returning the item myself at my local post office(if you're outside of the UK good luck having to return the item yourself at your expense until they Paypal you the money back a few days later), and once returned I have still been waiting 17 working days for my 10 day refund with no communication. Oh and have I received a refund for the cancelled item they didn't ship 8 weeks ago? You better believe they haven't.
Maybe in the UK they are decent but their score on here alone suggests they're a poor quality company who seem to be allowed go on with their awful business practices. If outside the UK avoid like the plague

I ordered from them on 18th June with Royal Mail tracked 24 service, it’s the 22nd and iv not had any updates whatsoever on my item, I think I have fallen for a scam!

Found the item i wanted at a great price and because the order was over £10 i qualified for free postage.

Still waiting on my item and all I get is a "We are aware that your order ******** for the below items have still not been sent, we will continue to work to have your order dispatched as soon as possible."
Least they update you telling you they haven't sent it... But when an item says dispatched next day if order before 14:00pm and its many days later with no dispatch, very frustrating.

I ordered a gift on Monday which should be delivered within 3-5 days. Here we are, 5 days later and it's still processing. I've emailed the company but had no response. So in a nutshell, ordered with delivery expected before Father's Day and it's not even left the warehouse. I definitely won't be using them again!

Item eventually arrived!
Ordered a black-friday deal on a cool varsity jacket feature "BIG MAN BLASTOISE" on the back at a really good price.
Took many weeks to turn up as i think the supplier had run low on stock however, Zavvi themselves proactively kept me in the loop and i didn't need to contact them. My first email communication was them contacting me apologising then periodically got updates about still working on it

I always find them great. Two pre orders for 4k blu ray steel books (Hoppers and Labyrinth!). Was a bit worried however both arrived a day or two before release, pristine condition. Used them for other 4k blu rays too and it's always top quality and fast shipment. One of the sites I always go to for my blu rays.

Do not order if you want to receive your items in the specified time frame. First order took 2 months thought id give them another chance, when ordered said 48 hours now been a week and still processing. Asked for a refund as now too late for what I wanted item for. Yet to see if this will happen

Sometimes they are good and other times they are not. Had a steelbook on pre-order for a while, when it got to release date there was still no update. If the supplier is late then you should let customers know.
Had no response from anyone. Cancelled my order and got it from hmv instead.
