Good customer service and easy to use website
Reached out to ask for a possible price match on a preorder item I’d seen and was responded to quickly and approved for it. Sam from customer service went above and beyond to answer my questions and sort out an invoice for me and was very polite and accommodating.
Excited to receive my items, would recommend to others and shop here again.

This is my favourite TCG store in Glasgow. The prices are decent, the staff are friendly and have a fair policy on Pokemon products. The wall of single cards is very decent and well priced.

Excellent Customer Service
I always order euro print yu gi oh to the states. I ordered 5 MAMO displays and they got tied up in duties. Somehow 1 disappeared during that time. I contact TCV, they provided video of the package being packed and contacted FedEx to resolve the issue. They refunded me the missing display case and were so attentive and easy to work with. Thank you for the great support. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Packaging was atrocious
Packaging was atrocious, didn't even try. No proper full bubble wrap just a small blown up one on one side which didn't protect the goods from moving around all over inside. My Binder ended up being scraped all over because of it and the contents moving as well as the binder scraping against the inside of the box itself.
