I purchased a used Honda CRV from Yeomans in Guildford. Martin Pearson, the sales person was great, very helpful and communicated quickly and efficiently. A real pleasure to visit what felt like a lovely old fashioned traditional dealership and receive first class service. Thank you to Martin and the service team who carried out some additional work prior to me collecting the car.

The customer service by sales executive Lucy Johnson at Yeomans Nissan Basingstoke was fantastic.
When we collected the car she took a lot of trouble to explain how the car worked and operated.
She showed us all the safety features.
She also took us to a petrol station to top up the fuel.
She gave us a great part exchange price for our Nissan Juke too.
They treated us much better than another local Nissan dealer mainly due to giving great customer service and price and communications.
Our new Nissan Juke Tekna is fantastic with great features for the price. It was delivered exactly on time and is made in the UK.
We are really happy!
Kind regards
Margareta W

I recently bought a car from Yeomans Brighton and was extremely happy with the service I received. The staff could not have been more helpful - Taylor made sure my experience was excellent, answered all my (many!) queries and nothing was too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend this company, and would use them again like a shot!

Excellant service from the guy on the desk at Plymouth today (2nd April). We are on holiday and our boot would not open. We dropped in and he looked atbthe car straight away and fixed the problem. Good old faahioned service with a smile. Absolutely excellant thankyou.

Yeomans Citroen Exeter are a pleasure to do business with. Their salesman Louis was reassuring, friendly and super-helpful, going the extra mile on a Sunday to help me out with test-driving the second-hand Hyundai i10 I bought from them, and going through all the paperwork and warranty information clearly and unhurriedly. The 12-month warranty is a great added reassurance; and when I collected the car it had a new MoT, two new front tyes, had been serviced and was absolutely spotless inside and out. They also emailed me all the service documents for my records (thank you, Louise). After a bad experience with a previous secondhand Hyundai from another local dealership (whom I won't name here), getting a car from Yeomans was stress-free. Just what I needed! Thank you so much.

Sophie Carrott carefully took me through all the paperwork before and on the day of collecting my new car last week. She also ensured I was confident with the all the controls on the car and I drove away happy with the whole process.

I’ve recently had a fairly complex issue with my Mazda CX-5 and I can honestly say that my experience with Yeomans Mazda has been excellent throughout.
All of my dealings were with their Bexhill branch, and the level of service I received was consistently professional, transparent and reassuring.
The car required multiple visits and quite an involved diagnostic process, including liaising with Mazda Europe, and at every stage they took the time to properly investigate the underlying issues rather than applying quick fixes.
They ultimately identified and resolved faults that had been ongoing for some time, and communication was clear throughout. I always felt confident that the car was in the right hands.
They also showed goodwill in reducing part of the bill due to the length of time they had the vehicle, which I thought was very fair. In addition, they provided me with a courtesy electric vehicle during the process, which was extremely helpful and not something they were obliged to do.
The car is now running exactly as it should, and I’m very grateful for their persistence and professionalism.
Highly recommended.

Steve Plummer from Yeomans Hyundai at Bexhill was the salesperson who dealt with our purchase a used Kona. He was polite and professional throughout the entire process and nothing was too much trouble. I collected the car a few days later and everything we agreed was done to a very high standard. The car was immaculate and a great deal too! I highly recommend Yeomans at Bexhill. Many thanks Steve.

Excellent customer service from Yeomans, Plymouth. I had a problem with the car I had purchased and the team were very helpful, booking me into a local dealership near where I live in Suffolk and the issue was rectified, no problem at all. I was very impressed with the service.

David was a pleasure to deal with and looking forward to our new purchase.

We visited Yeomans Skoda Bridgewater whilst researching our new car purchase and were taken care of by Sophie Carrot. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She answered our numerous questions patiently and helped us reach a decision without obviously using any of the awful sales techniques that car sales people usually employ.
We did not proceed (with a vehicle from any dealership) but this was not a reflection on Sophie.
The dealership was relaxed and welcoming and we would highly reccomend it.
Ps. We have purchased A LOT of vehicles over the years and have had good and bad experiences and this was definitely one of the best. Thank you Sophie and sorry that we did not go ahead, absolutely no reflection on you.

Book the car for Service beginning of March, but I had to cancel rebooked for the 9th of March. The Service was supposed to be a while wait Service and I had to arrive about 830.
Arrived at 8:30 to find a booking has been completely cancelled. But not rebooked, they did manage to fit me in and they would said they would do it as soon as possible. I asked if it could be ready by about 11 o’clock. It is now 13:00 hours and I’m still waiting in the showrooms.
It wasn’t for the fact I like Citroen’s and this is the nearest Citroen dealer for Miles. I will probably not bother.
Edit just got home and the car is rattling like a bag of nails that’s another trip back to Yeoman Citroen

I’ve reflected on my experience with Yeomans. And I’ve given quite a lot of thought regarding feedback and what to write when reviewing through vw and trust pilot.
At the end of January I went down to collect my used van from Yeomans, Exeter. I had test driven this particular van and all looked fine. Although at that time I hadn’t looked at it with a critical eye, as I wasn’t quite ready to buy a van. However, it’s a 2025 year old vehicle so should be all good. 🤔
I also decided to buy from a VW dealership because I expected it to be a top notch service! One that I could rely upon and trust.
This hasn’t been my experience and that is extremely disappointing and very frustrating. I just hope that I don’t have any regrets about purchasing; a nearly £40,000 vehicle. 2025 model.😳
VW boast that their used vans will leave the forecourt ‘as new’. Having had what they describe as a 141 point check, covering all aspects of the vehicle. Clearly the van had not been valeted. Coffee spills and crumbs in the cab. The back of the van was pretty bad too.
I hadn’t noticed the few dinks when I’d been down for the test drive but as the sales chap pointed out “it’s a used van”. Two of the dinks were pretty bad but I also accepted that; and the salesman had agreed to send a ‘correction kit’. (Not sure what they do, but thank you) This was promised on 31st Jan and I’m now writing this on 2nd March. I have emailed my thoughts, but not heard back from them. Perhaps if I had I wouldn’t be compelled to write this.
When I left there was very little fuel in the tank and then I noticed four chips in the windscreen (my friend was with me and was able to confirm this) one the size of a five pence piece. They hadn’t been noticeable initially due to the rain. Clearly the 141point check list (which I should have asked for) was not completed because surely the crack/chips in the screen would have been noted! When the screen fogged up a bit I could see a smiley face had been drawn on the screen which I am sure would not have been there if it had been valeted.
Obviously I had to return the van and they did agree to replacing the screen.
I had to take a day off work to bring the van back and my earnings lost were not redeemed via the £54 of fuel the salesman put in the tank, having promised a full tank! Ok there was only enough room for the £54 but a full tank? £100 at least.
It had been suggested that the replacement screen would take around two hours. It was over four hours and this meant my dogs were left for nine hours.
So thinking about the windscreen, the lack of valeting and not being provided with the 141point check list (which I also asked for). And that the sales chap also agreed that the windscreen should have been replaced before I collected the van, I feel very dissatisfied.
I had ALSO mentioned that the windscreen wipers were noisy and didn’t appear to clear the screen. I’d picked that up when I test drove the van. I asked for them to be replaced and when I collected the van I was told that “they’ve been checked… actually I changed them“. This sadly was not true either !
The windscreen wipers would have been a tiny bit of good will. And promised a full tank of fuel or up to £100 refund.
If you buy from VW ask for your 141 point check and make sure the vehicle has been valeted, because if mine had been, I would not have had to bring the van back! Total waste of my precious time and money.
I just hope that the 141 point check, checked the mechanics of the vehicle, at the very least.
Just to say the salesman was very nice, but that seems to make the whole thing worse! I thought I was going to get the full care and attention that any customer should receive and expect… surely 🥴

We were looked after by Demetri at the Exeter branch of Yeomans from start to finish. His advice and care throughout the purchase was invaluable. His knowledge of the ID Buzz was fully rounded which was so useful for us when navigating the decision to buy such a pricey vehicle and to go electric for the first time. He and Yeomans went above and beyond helping us to meet our various deadlines and we are thrilled with our new ID BUZZ.

Chloe Marsh was super helpful. I had a blip with my transaction with VWFS regarding the colour of the vehicle I had ordered but Chloe went over and above what I would expect in relation to customer service to resolve my issue within 24 hours. I was so impressed and would definitely deal with Yeomans and Chloe again.

I have just purchased a Škoda Koniq from here and the whole process has been a joy! Sophie Carrott the young saleswomen who looked after us, was professional, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and highly recommended. Nothing was too much trouble, and we are delighted with our fabulous new car! Thank you for making the process so enjoyable. Especially the coffee!

Disappointed in Yeomans Indian Queens I took my VW to the Murry Groupe Plymouth for a small fix under warranty. I was told that the front tryer was an MOT fail because the cord was braking out of the tryer wall. In the next three weeks the car had an MOT & a service from yet another VW dealer & the tryer was never mentioned? You tell me????

One of the worst experiences of my life, genuinely it was awful, the stress of dealing with a team of people who frankly didn't care was at times unbearable.
I took my VW T5 to Yeomans Van Centre in Exeter in September last year, to have a timing belt fitted. 5 miles after leaving their garage the belt failed, damaging my engine. At first the Service Manager told me the damage was significant and they needed to fit a new engine. Then 3 days later, after the Service Manager had left the company, his successor informed me by email that they didn't need to replace the engine and could repair it. You can imagine how I felt, not able to trust what I was being told, with contradictory opinions on the condition of my engine. I informed them that I want the new engine I was offered by the previous Service Manager, they refused and said they would only repair my current engine.
They've since repaired the engine but it's not the same as when I brought it to them, leaving me in a constant state of stress. Even the Motor Ombudsman has been completely useless, informing me that they deem my case to be worthy of investigation and are waiting the assign an agent to the case, heard nothing in months.
To make matters worse, the member of the Service team told me that they were "surprised they let him do it", with regards to the technician they assigned to the timing belt job. Alluding to his apparent lack of experience or ability for this crucial task. Unbelievable, I still can't fathom the whole ordeal.
Please. I implore anyone not to take your vehicle to these idiots, they are incompetent and there's a culture of complacency there for sure.
I still remember standing watching two technicians examine my engine on that morning, one of them complaining that he didn't want me 'shadowing' him, later I discovered that he was the idiot who botched the job, what a nerve. I had to ask for a refund that day, which they initially refused, they didn't even offer it, unreal lack of respect. I give them zero stars.

Luke Mallard was simply amazing. His product knowledge combined with his friendly yet professional manner was exactly the right balance. I wanted the car asap ( who doesn't ) and he made it happen. From order to delivery was just seven days. He is backed by a great team so thank you to Caitlin, the PDI department and the valeters too.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Luke and Yeomans Nissan.
