Some of the gym equipment in our…

Some of the gym equipment in our building became faulty and so I decided to contact Beth (our block manager). She responded straight away and sorted it on the day. Thanks so much the speedy service!!

Awful experience for landlords

Awful experience for landlords. X1 imposes unlawful deductions and unfair termination fees relying on unsigned new terms. Emails are consistently ignored; basic reasonable requests receive no reply. You are left feeling completely disregarded. I cannot recommend this agency.
