Water in my apartment was turned off

Water in my apartment was turned off , no running water water to flush the toilet , to shower , no warmings to prepare ourselves no email explanation , no explanation , don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews they ask people to leave them 5 star reviews within the first 5 minutes of having a conversation with them . I’ve had so many issues , my couch came with poo stains I reported it on the first day nothing happened . I have multiple problems with my flat non resolved yet . Was told the wrong move in date I had to get an Airbnb for 2 weeks . Communication is horrible

Unprofessional service and a total waste of time

I had been communicating back and forth with an agent named Mildred to arrange a property viewing. After coordinating the details, I arrived at the viewing on time, but the agent was a complete no-show.

To make matters worse, there was zero communication—no call, no message, and no explanation provided. Leaving a prospective tenant standing outside without notice is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. I would strongly advise exercising caution before dealing with this agency.

I have been using X1 Sales & Lettings…

I have been using X1 Sales & Lettings for years and they are really up to the job. I can relax knowing that they will deal with lettings and all issues with the property, quickly and efficiently. Laura Nekooie currently takes a lot of the credit.
