I have had several Wyze cameras for years. I have only had 1 camera fail and support was amazing. The initial email for the issue and subsequent emails were answered in impressively short timeframes. If a Wyze camera is still under warranty they will replace it if all the required investigative steps are followed. Like every single company out there, a failure outside the warranty is a different problem. That being said Wyze has offered gift coupons for new purchases when something has failed outside of the warranty and they can't figure out why. The support staff has always been professional and courteous and knowledgeable. I worked in software support for 30 years so I know how difficult the problems can be and furthermore, how difficult the customers can be. Being rude and obnoxious doesn't gain any browny points, trust me!! Overall my experience with Wyze has been great with a few bumps here and there. Better then a lot of other companies I have dealt with. I will continue to purchase Wyze cameras. And like any manufactured product, even automobiles, we get lemons or product recalls etc. And life goes on!!

I bought a CAD 40 camera from Wyze and did not authorized their subscription. First they deducted CAD 27 from my master card without my authorization via Google payment. I did not notice it earlier. Now they have deducted CAD 190.39 from my card without my authorization on 14 Aug, 2025. Claim ID 7753-1981-2904. I requested them to cancel subscription and refund the money which was declined by them. I am senior citizen and do not understand this system. I feel it is a organized loot by Wyze in collaboration with Google payment. How I can afford 190.39 subscription with a CAD 40 camera. I never used this service. Neither Google payment nor Wyze taking responsibility to refund my money. How will get my money back. There reply is not correct
WYZE is misguiding. Why did not they cancel subscription whenever I requested them and asked Google payments to refund the money. They are not taking responsibilities for this and will not refund money. I will request them to cancel subscription and refund the money

Purchased a bundle from their website consisting of doorbell camera, sense hub, entry sensors and annual home monitoring plan. After installing everything and setting up the app, all I see is 15 days trial of monitoring and annual plan is not active. I have tried everything and there is no way to contact their customer service because you stay on wait for hours and no one speaks to you. I also needed a certificate of monitoring for insurance and there is no way to get that. Money down the drain!!!!

The Wyze Bulb Cam with the Telescoping Design is a very innovative and excellent Home Security System. Installation into exterior residential light fixture. The camera extends out with a telescopic reach of 3cm. Very compatible with most outdoor lightings just double check and the flexibility to add on additional light bulbs only to capture any blind spots limitations on property. The camera view is very clean and clear daytime and night time.

The wyze can cs 3 fell off it's magnetic mount and broke.
The company acknowledged that it shouldn't have happened.
They only offered a $10 coupon.
I will never purchase a wyze product again.

Had home sense hub for last than a year and a half and quit working. Literally sat on a shelf plugged in and quit making any sounds, went through customer service won't replace.
I guess it is easy not to show much faith in your product when you know it won't last more than little over a year.

So disappointing how this camera works it shows before and after... It shows an item there, then next recording it shows the item gone, but does not show a recording of the person who stole the item... incident in bright daylight with such a clear view... but does not catch the thief... 11:25am there then 11:42am gone with no in between action

I've had my Wyze v3 camera for 3 years. Had to call customer support because it stopped working. It wasn't the camera, it was the adapter I used that failed. Customer support helped me determine what the problem was. I bought a new plug in adapter and my camera is working like new. Thank you Wyze support!

You can’t cancel subscriptions through the app or their website—both just send you in circles and waste your time. The support chatbot is completely useless. The cameras used to work well, but now they constantly lose Wi-Fi connection, rarely record anything, and playback often fails with errors. Support is practically non-existent. This used to be a decent product and service, but ever since the company expanded, the quality has gone downhill fast.

I purchased a camera and supporting equipment in June 2025. After placing the order, I was informed that the camera was backordered. They charged me for everything, and sent the supporting equipment, which are useless without the camera. Now I can’t return anything (even the camera I never received) because it is past their return date. What a scam. Take customer’s money but don’t send them the product and don’t allow cancellation. Plus, when you call their customer ‘care’ line, no one answers and the music they play while you’re on hold seems to be specifically created to be annoying so you will hang up.

This camera system was a complete failure when I needed it the most. I have multiple cameras and all of them failed when reviewing the playback of a theft at my business. Not one camera recorded it and they all have the recommended SD cards in them which were all empty. This apparently is a known issue with Wyze. But good luck getting in touch with their non-existent customer service. Save yourself the time, hassle, and blood pressure and go with a reputable system.

I have have been using over 10 WYZE devices in the last 5+ years. Customer service is non existent after the warranty on the item expires. I am currently in the process of canceling my subscriptions and moving over to another company. DO NOT waste your time/money! I was a happy user until WYZE customer service had to be involved and all sense of what is right, is thrown out the window. Good luck getting anything but a standard form letter answer if you do get in contact with them !

I had a Wyze smart thermosatat, a doorbell camera and a wired camera for the driveway. In just over a year the Wyze thermostat went off line during a cold winter night and we woke up to a cold house. I couldn't get it to communicate any more so I removed it and put an standard thermostat back in. Threw the Wyze so called smart thermostat that went stupid in the garbage can. Today July 22/25 the doorbell camera went offline for the third time, and this time I could not get it back online. The tiny plastic tabs holding the doorbell camera in place broke off so not only was it offline it was hanging from the wires. The doorbell camera has now joined the wyze thermostat in the garbage can where these products belong.
