All together disappointing experince
If you have a straightforward order, a simple transfer logo and know exactly what garments to order then Workwear House will work for you. However, if you do not know what garments to order and have a specific branded logo with unique colours, then Workwear House is not the best choice. Firstly, you don’t get to order samples. We had to buy everything we were considering then ship it all back. Secondly, their website is very confusing, I had ring three times to figure out which logo type was the best option for what we were trying to do. I was told to do an embroidered logo and email the logo separately. A sample logo was stitched and sent to me, the colours were wrong, and I sent the pantone references. They proceeded to stitch all of the garments we ordered once they received the pantones and sent them to us. The colours were all wrong, too bright and the stitching was poor, it pulled the fabric in all directions and looked cheap. I raised our concerns about the colours and stitching, I specifically asked why we were not provided a sample prior to embroidering all of the garments. I was told that since we provided the pantones they do not send samples for approval. If they had merely provided a sample this whole mess could have been avoided. We are now left with polos, shirts and sweatshirts that we cannot use. They refused to budge when I asked for half of our money back. Their response will most likely be that they followed their processes and procedures. And that we provided them with the wrong pantones (which we did not). Our marketing company provided us with the CORRECT pantones which I passed along to Workwear House. It was the printing company that printed our business cards wrong and I made this very clear in email conversations and it was my mistake that I had sent a business card to Workwear House as a sample. Regardless, I placed an order based on the advice I was given when I spoke to someone three times on the phone and throughout the email correspondence. It is very disappointing that they are unable to take any accountability for a dissatisfied customer. Better advice and customer service could have been given throughout the entire process. Be careful and specifically ask for a sample after pantones are provided! We will not use Workwear House nor do we recommend their services.

We are sorry that you were not happy with your order but as you have stated the pantones were provided to us by your marketing company, you yourself confirmed these were obviously incorrect when we advised you that that the colours provided in no way matched the card you sent us afterwards to illustrate this.
Please see a section of your email below:
'I see what you are saying about the colours and pantones. I do appreciate you being so thorough on your end. It looks to me like the printers got the colours wrong on the business cards to be honest.'
As we advised and you had confirmed by independent printers the pantones colour provided were not true, they had mixed the colours but not advised you of this.
We can only work with the information we are provided and pantone colours ensure an exact match, in this case this did not happen as the colours your marketing company provided were incorrect.
At no point did you mention that the quality was inferior, it was only the colour that was an issue but it seems further faults have been found. We are truly sorry to lose you as a customer as we have provided your workwear for years, we will always admit to mistakes and resolve issues were we can however as advised we do not feel the error is ours as the pantones provided were matched exactly, it was a fault by another company that led to this error.

One of the initial t-shirts had the print on backwards but it was a quick and painless process to return it and get a replacements sent out.
