I’ve ordered several items from Crozus. Such quality products! I recently ordered a Gucci belt. It’s beautiful but I needing a little more room and wanted to get the next size up. Customers service was amazing! Not only did I get to keep the one I had but they gave me a huge discount on a new one in the size I needed. Their follow up after orders is outstanding too. They always message to make sure I’m happy with my order. I’m definitely a repeat customer!

I have never been so happy and excited about my YSL tote. It is fantastic. Exactly the way it was described and even more beautiful. The representatives I spoke to or beyond helpful. I needed the purse before I was going on vacation and they made it possible for me to have it on time. They worked with me. I’m making sure it was going to be an immaculate condition and it surely is if I could, I would buy by each Designer. I’m saving my money!

Like everyone else I was skeptical to purchase from here. My order was apparently sent back to the sender and I never received it. Thinking I had been scammed I contacted the company who had a service advisor ( Azure) reach out to me. Azure assured me that the item being sent back was an unforeseen mishap and reshaped my item and provided tracking. She kept in touch with me thru text almost daily to make sure I was updated and at ease. My item arrived and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and at how their customer service is. Azure has since become like a personal shopping assistant to me and I have since purchased 2 more items from them. I give them 5 stars and I am a happy repeat customer
