Smooth and seamless experience

First-time buyer. Found the product I wanted here for a very decent price through a Google Search. Placed the order and received it just a few days later. Seamless experience. Very happy.

The website allowed you to select a…

The website allowed you to select a size I chose size 10. The size selected wasn't delivered size 8 arrived.
So I've been charged for delivery, charged for returning the goods and the refund was £3.95 less than I original paid.
It would be appreciated if this could be refunded.
Not a good experience.

I’ve looked into your order, and it appears the item purchased was a Veja V-10 in a UK size 7. On this particular model, the box also shows a US size 7, which can understandably cause some confusion when selecting sizes.

Do not use - refusal to refund having not received item.

There is nothing heroic about these jokers - do not use.

They refused to refund the cost of my item despite never receiving it.

My item was left hanging out of the letterbox by Royal Mail (I also had to pay the P&P) according to the photo. The item was stolen and I therefore never received it. I entered into Kafka-esque communications with Working Class who claimed that the item had been 'successfully delivered' on the basis that it made its way a third of the way through the door. When I challenged this I was told this was all my fault and I should speak to the police. I haven't been in touch with the police for a while but last time I checked they don't offer refunds...

The vendor is responsible for ensuring safe delivery into the hands of the purchaser. End of.
