Not worth the crapshoot
I have ordered from Woot twice because their prices are SO good. The first time I received broken Tupperware and the second I received a totally different item. Of course they ran out of what I initially ordered, so now I'm out of luck. The return prices seems smooth so far, but I really hate the extra time I've had to put into this.

Man, I guess I am lucky! I have made 3 purchases from Woot and haven't had any big issues. Shipping was always slower than they said it would be, but I did eventually get all of my packages. The gaming headphones worked flawless and made great gifts to my nephews.

Customer service does not exist. I have tried for months to change my old email address (closed for years) to my current email address and have had zero success in changing to my current email address. I have contacted them numerous times and got NO RESPONSE from them.
I purchase a defective car amplifier from woot.
I purchase a car amplifier from woot, I didn't take it out the box right away, I left it in the box for 90 days. Then when I took it out to hook it up, it did not work. Woot said the item was brand new when I purchased it, so I thought everything was good to go. Then when I contacted them and told them what happened, they told me I had the item too long. That was no help to me and I decided, I'm not going to shop at woot anymore. Sometimes I buy stuff and it might sit in the box, two or three months before I take it out.
Shutdown Woot Asap!
I wish I can give this company zero stars. I purchased a couch on Woot and never received it. In addition, I never received a tracking info. However, they did charge my card. Customer service phone line never works because no one picks up the phone. Sent a several emails and no response. I don't understand how Amazon can partner with a company like this. Amazon themselves cannot even get in touch with their sales team. Horrible experience.

3 month Xbox Ultimate Game Pass SCAM, all purchased codes fail region verification by Microsoft, deemed as counterfeit. $33 dollar scam. Woot should be shut down, this company is owned and operated by liberal scammers who lie, cheat and steal from their customers. Zero stars.
Be cautious of what you order from Woot
Please beware of ordering certain products from Woot especially electric items. I've ordered 2 iPads 1st on 12/06/24, and 12/29/24 that were delivered defective I had to pay out of pocket to have repaired as the warranty they offer is full of crap!!!!. I just received 2 Karseell maca power oils ordered on 02/20/25 both bottles the tops were not fully closed. So I have one that is nearly half empty. What is the purpose of having a customer service department that you can never speak to anyone and have to wait to see if you will ever receive a response back from.
Amazon needs to do better with who you third party partner with to provide better service to your customers. If we can use our Amazon account to pay for their products you should be able to assist with issues 😕 customers need to be corrected.

Would give negative stars if possible. I ordered a 3 month pass on Xbox ultimate gamer digital code. Used one and it worked so far the rest are telling me they cannot be used in the United States. I purchased this to help start an esports team as a teacher and spent $390 to open a long window for the gamer pass ultimate oh to find out now none of the other codes will work. I contacted customer support and got little to no help. Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Figured since it was connected to Amazon they could be trusted but apparently not.
Here is the email response I got back:
“Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for all the inconvenience caused to you regarding your order.
It is never our intention to cause inconvenience to our valued customers.
Unfortunately, since this order is older than 90 days, it puts the item out of the replacement or returnable window.
I wish I could help, but unfortunately, due to restrictions and limitations, we can't refund or accept return of this item.
Woot Limited Warranty is valid for 90 days.
I'm very sorry that we weren't able to meet your expectations this time around.
Should there be any further concerns, please get back to us and we will be happy to help“
Would not order again
I trusted them seeing Amazon brand to order a 'renewed' Apple Watch Ultra. Nothing was renewed or tested at all, the speaker was not working out of the box and returned it. It's been over a week since the return is delivered, and managed to get the refund in over 10 days.
Fraudulent and Shady Practices
On September 12th, 2024, I placed an order with Woot.com for (4) 3 month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription cards. All four codes were delivered on September 14th, 2024. One of the three codes was used immediately and worked as expected. The other three codes I received were not used immediately and held for use later. On January 27th, 2025 I attempted to use the second code and received an error that the card had already been redeemed. I attempted the other two codes and received the same error. I reached out to Xbox/Microsoft Support who informed me that the remaining (3) codes were all redeemed on an account that was not mine all on the same account in early January 2025. As I had purchased the codes from Woot, they could not supply replacement and suggested I reach out to Woot and were confident they would be able to make it right. I contacted Woot.com for resolution to this problem on the same day and received an email back that they would offer replacement or refund the following day. I responded with a request for replacement which was immediately followed up with a new response that the 30-day return period had expired. I responded that that was unacceptable as there is no reason the codes I purchased should not work and requested a phone number to contact a supervisor to discuss acceptable options forward. There is not an expiration to these codes and it appears that they we resold by Woot after their window was closed. A second response doubled down on the 30-day return policy and they threw in a false statement that it was past the manufacturer’s warranty. As these are digital subscription codes there cannot be a warranty. They should work for as long as Game Pass is offered by Xbox. Additional responses have gone unanswered and no phone number has been supplied.
FAULTY…..iPad charger and base
I purchased an iPad charger and base. It’s barely 1 year old. It overheated while charging and caught fire. I do not recommend this product.
Never again
Despite my paying through Amazon, Woot charged me for shipping. When I tried to get them to negate the charge, the circus of incompetence began. After several days of trying to cancel said order, I got endless delays. "We need your order number"....delay...and a web site that led me around in endless circles, I was notified today that the unwanted order is enroute--and I can then ship it back. Never seen a company this unresponsive.

I ordered a dehumidifier in august, it failed in October, I purchased the Amazon extended warranty. I have now waited a month to receive a refund, have checked online, made several calls to Amazon. I will never again purchase any products associated with woot. I am also disappointed with how Amazon handled this situation.

Updated - Woot! Purchase & Return of of Galaxy Buds3 Pro
I purchased Galaxy Buds3 Pro from Woot! and received my order promptly. However, during the second week of using the earbuds, they stopped working when switching from Adaptive to Ambient mode. Woot! is a bit slower responding to messages (compared to Amazon) but they do respond. Return was easy and refund received as noted on their website.
