My husband ordered an iPhone 14 pro for me on October 9. It was promised to me twice, the second time being November 4. It is now a month later and I still don’t have my phone. They wanted to extend shipping until November 11. I told my husband to cancel the order. I don’t like to complain, but this is crazy….if you don’t have the phone just say so.
BEWARE
BEWARE! Woot specifically stated that the Iphone-15 that I ordered from them for $657.19, was NEW and has never been in customer hands, yet the box sticker said "erased successfully", fully functional. They falsely advertised this item. I returned it the same day unopened. The tracking says they received it and I would receive a refund in 3-5 days and it's been 10 days and no refund yet. They have no customer service number to call. Red flags everywhere as to a reputable company. Slow delivery, slow to respond. Never again!

Ordered a motion sensor trash can. It came the very next day and I questioned why so fast. Opened the box and found out why. The base of the trash can was severely dented beyond repair. However the worst part was that the lid was clearly used. It was scratched and dented but it also had food and mold all over the inside of the lid. It looked like a trash can that they were using in their warehouse and decided to put in the box. I cannot fathom how any one would think it was okay to put something like that on a box and ship it to someone. Clearly a biohazard!!!
Sold me an invalid code.
I bought a NordVPN subscription from Woot. They took over a day to send me a digital code, then when it was finally delivered the code was invalid. Seems like fraud to me.

I was excited about my purchase, but after 20 days of waiting, my order was canceled because they didn’t have enough stock. It’s really disappointing that they charged my credit card upfront without ensuring availability. I expect better transparency and communication from a retailer.

Wish I could give no stars. It's impossible to track down items that were purchased but not even in the UPS tracking system. This company makes it difficult to track down exactly where your purchase is. Have used this once, will never do so again.

Purchased a Seauto Shark Pool cleaner that lasted maybe three months. This item was had a 24 month warranty. Contacted customer service both with email and phone. The phone just hangs up....first warning sign. Contacted Amazon for support and after speaking with a supervisor they agreed to process refund. Received refund minus $75.00 restocking fee. I find it hard to believe that they will restock an inoperable device but you never know with this company.
Pleasantly surprised
I placed my order and the delivery date was a month away so I was worried. I searched reviews and they were so many that were bad. Well I am here to say, I am pleasantly surprised that I received my package and it came early.

An Apple Watch 7 and a iPhone 12 Pro Max.
I noticed the very small print after buying them that the watch says there might be some damage. Cool I can deal with a nick and scratch cause it’s used. I get the watch and it looks like someone was chewing on it with the paint coming off. Sent it back to be refunded.
I was worried about the phone after seeing that but felt a little reassured because it was listed as “open box with minor wear”. Few days later the iPhone comes in COVERED with scratches all over the phone screen and they were DEEP. The front camera even had a gash along it.

Order Never Shipped Until Whenever
I have placed several orders with Woot without significant difficulty, however, this last order, placed at the same time as other orders, sat and sat and sat, without being shipped or any notification of the order being delayed or canceled. The date it was supposed to arrive came and went, and still no notification from Woot about that order. Finally, the order shipped and is set to arrive more than a week past the original delivery date. There is no easy way to communicate with this company. Calling them is a joke, and sending an email is even worse. I'm quite disappointed that they take your money and then there is no further communication until THEY CHOOSE when to send the order to you, and it doesn't have to be anywhere close to the original delivery date. Sad that Amazon calls this a partner.
Buyers Beware!
I made a purchase of nearly $300 from Woot.com after logging in and paying through my Amazon account. They created a Woot account but they used an unknown email (instead of my Amazon login) so I cannot access the account. I've tried contacting them by email and phone but never gotten a response. I posted on the forum.woot.com and all they stated was to keep trying to call and email. I didn't receive any confirmation nor the item I paid for. The payment was taken from my account the same day. I've made dozens of attempts to contact them and have not heard back. I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank.

I ordered a refurbished TV and a week later called to see where it was,lost I guess said had to order a replacement or refund. I said a replacement said it could take up to three days to a week. Terrible service shipping and phone contact.

Woot has honestly went down hill over the years. I had been using woot since 2010 and they used to be a service where you can get good items for cheap, but now they’re just a super slow, horrible customer service company that is just garbage to use. They’re owned by Amazon now so if you ever find anything on woot, you have to wait 2+ weeks to receive whatever you order, whereas if you go to Amazon they’ll have the same item around the same price with 2 day shipping. Don’t use Woot; honestly I wouldn’t be surprised if they disappear in a few years.
Bought an iphone and won't let me return within 30 days
Bought an iphone. Arrived more than 2 weeks later and the day before I went on vacation. When I came back I wanted to return it - package unopened. It hasn't been 30 days since I received the item. They say I cannot return because it has been 30 days since PURCHASE. Now I am stuck with a phone I don't need. Super frustrating. Have purchased before on Woot but no longer.
BAIT-AND-SWITCH & FALSE ADVERTISING
I’ve waited for years for a sale on iMac computers, and I finally found a great deal on Woot.com for a 2021 iMac that included Apple Magic Keyboard with touchpad and an Apple Magic Mouse. HOWEVER, when I received the system, to my dismay was a WIRED generic keyboard and a cheap off-brand wireless mouse. I immediately contacted customer service (only accessible through email) and heard from them two days later. They said (paraphrasing), “My bad! You can either box up the whole thing and send it back for a full refund, or you can be happy with the hardware we sent you.” WHAT?!? After a second complaint, they said they didn’t have any Apple hardware in stock. Excuse me, but that’s call BAIT-AND-SWITCH and FALSE ADVERTISING! I called my attorney, and they wrote a strongly-worded letter to Woot.com demanding that they send me what they advertised. Amazon, you’re in bed with some shady folks who don’t know how to do business or provide excellent customer service. I will NEVER buy anything from Woot.com, and I will proclaim their uselessness and crooked ways till the day I die (or they go out of business).

Talking to customer service reps is like talking to high school students trying to do the least possible to get by with no accountability for resolving customer issues. Sad excuse for a company.
Never working with Woot Again
I have had good luck with Woot in the past but this was a terrible experience. I ordered a Lenovo mini desktop and it arrived within 5 days. Shipping was fine and the product looked fine but, when I went to plug it in and power it up, it still had an account associated with Windows with a login and password that was not provided. There is no way I can get into this paper weight they sent me. Customer service (after 4 emails back and forth to get them to finally do SOMETHING about their mistake), finally gave me 3 options. 1. They would ship me a replacement. 2. They offered me a full refund if I shipped the paper weight back. Or 3. The offered me a $30 refund to keep the paper weight and apparently throw it away for them. I chose option 1. and emailed them back. They are now saying they do not have a replacement and they want to send me a refund. I want a computer and they should be sending me the next better computer they have to offer. They have many other Lenovo mini desktops that are similar price points they could send me but they are refusing to do so. I will NEVER order from WOOT again. They have become terrible with customer service now.
