Returns Was Difficult and Complicated — But Seychelle, my customer service rep, was incredible

I had a change in circumstances that required returning my item (it was beautiful, high-quality, and arrived quickly — I have no issues with the product!), but trying to return it in the required timeframe was difficult. Unfortunately, my return needed to be through DHL, and there simply aren't many locations in my area, or even my state, to make that an easy task! Due to work and other problems, I was unable to get it dropped off at a location within the two-week timeframe. I was connected with Seychelle, who was incredibly helpful and thorough with helping me make the return, despite the timeline, but it wasn't until after that was completed that I learned I would only be compensated with store credit. So, in sum, my purchase and customer service experience was phenomenal, but the return was difficult and frustrating.

Good product, bad returns policy

The order was delivered promptly. Sending it back was ridiculous as the post office couldn’t print the returns label after queuing for 20 minutes. Was told to go to the Toy shop at the bottom of the High Street as they could print it and then l had to queue up again in the post office to send it. Maddening, even though l like the stuff you sell won’t buy from you again.

A printed label is required for the return to be accepted by the courier. This is due to courier restrictions and our shipping model, which uses multiple routes and partners. We recognise how convenient paperless options are and are continually exploring ways to introduce them in the future.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! I ordered 2 dresses and returned one. The return process was really easy. The dresses were both nice. I just didn’t like one of them once I saw it.

Once we've created a return label and sent it to you, you have 7 days to take the parcel to your nearest drop-off point. I ordered L, got a super small M

I ordered L, these idiots sent a super small M. As the return process with DHL is way to time consuming and my time is worth more than the sweater costs, I donated a new sweater to the clothes collection. Your mistake, my last order. Will tell anyone who asks.

I received the wrong item and now it’s…

I received the wrong item and now it’s my problem to return it and re-purchase the correct item – how does this happen?
I’m disappointed, the wrapping was right, but my feelings were bad when I opened it to find the wrong item.
