We phone for some technical advice

We phone for some technical advice. Needed to remove the headboard of an adjustable bed to move it. We were talked through it by Glynn who was patient and thorough. Very pleased with the support from both reception and Glynn in technical. Thanks

From our first enquiry to the delivery…

From our first enquiry to the delivery and installation of our chairs I could not fault the people we dealt with. Chris who demonstrated a chair in our flat was very pleasant and explained everything easily for us. At the end of the demonstration we were more than happy to order our chairs. The people who delivered and installed our chairs again were very friendly and professional and took the time to demonstrate and make sure everything was correct. Would certainly recommend Willowbrook.

From order to delivery fantastic service

From order to delivery, the experience was second to none. I asked if I could be given a ring half an hour before delivery. Dean and Glynn delivered and installed the chair a did ring me which gave me time to get from work. They have a fantastic sense of humour and a good rapport with us.
I fully recommend willowbrook for their service from start to finish

Wonderful Willowbrook

From start to finish it was a good experience. Easy contact, appointment arranged quickly and promptly attended by Simon, who took his time going through all the possibilities of the choices of bed and colours, of which there was ample. You could say you were spoiled for choice. Simon bought along with him a single bed and set it up so I could lay on it and zoom up and down finding all the different positions I could get into. He had a job getting me off it. The two lads who delivered and installed the bed, Neil and Martin, were brilliant. Spot on time, quick annd efficient with smashing senses of humour. They explained everything fully, made absolutely sure we understood it all and asked if we had any questions. They took all the packing away with them and were gone with a cheerful wave on to their next job.

I made the bed up and jumped on it right away.(Well my version of jumped anyway) and here I am an hour later still reclining on my wonderful new bed. I think I may stay for a while! Thank you Willowbrook!

Finally, I have to say that I wholeheartedly recommend Willowbrook. From start to finish, perfection!

Comunication and installation of our…

Comunication and installation of our bed was excellent. Very friendly and hard working guys who installed it and explained how the mechanics worked, went the extra mile making sure we were happy and explained the warranty in full detail.

Happy they called to let me know within…

Happy they called to let me know within the hour for delivery. Very friendly and helpful with explaining how to use the chair. Disappointed the chair did not come with heat as expected, but they reassured me I would receive a phone call shortly to get it sorted. Kate

I brought a double electric adjustable…

I brought a double electric adjustable bed back in the summer if 2023 We had a 3 year warranty on the bed. The head part that raises the metal rod snapped, we had 2 guys came out to look at the bed and told us we broke it, this was just before the warranty runs out. I am disabled and I fall quite a lot, but that wasn't the case it just snapped. It was still under a warranty but they said that don't cover due to us breaking it lol. So they said for them to repair the broken part it will cost £600
So if I did fell on it due to my disability I will still have to pay £600. They say they care for there clients... Rubbish they throw the bed onto you and you get on with it. I find this so annoying especially them saying we broke it, yes of course they would more money for this robbing firm. So anyone thinking of buying a adjustable electric bed. I would stop and think first by my mistake. I am so annoyed of how we was treated. If your disabled and happened to fall back on the head rest and brake the metal bar, your pay for that, trust me. Anyone that's just brought a bed like mine, just be aware.I really hope that this will never happens to you. Good luck.

We are sorry to hear of the issues that have been experienced, we completed an independent inspection of the item and this external company confirmed that the defect was as a result of pressure being applied to the head section of the bed which then broke the action.

Information on delivery was correct. Delivery guys made sure everything was working and I knew how to work it. They were very efficient and pleasant.

The representative who came with a demonstration. Model was very helpful. He measured the height I needed from the floor, the depth of the seat I needed. The height of the head rest. He gave me confidence in the chairs,

I ordered a riser recliner chair and…

I ordered a riser recliner chair and settee we had a few issues with the chair ie not working when delivered but Paige in customer service was very understanding and she did her up most to solve the problem they sent two engineers out to fix it Martin and Neil which they sorted it straight away they was very polite and helpful nothing was too much trouble top men well done once it was sorted Paige phone to make sure everything went well she a lovely telephone manner very polite

Installation of new bed.

Arrived exactly on time and very polite, efficient and helpful. Removed old bed, vacuumed. Explained very clearly how the bed worked , need to turn mattress , batteries etc Ian and Scott very helpful.
