Sarah was absolutely amazing

Sarah was absolutely amazing! She spent an hour on the phone with me for my elderly nan to sort out an engineer for her chair and for a staff member who said she was new, I never would have guessed as she was so knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you, Sarah, for peace of mind and organising everything so perfectly.

Not comfortable

Bought this chair as I have issues with my lumbar region and mobility. The chair took 6 weeks to arrive and it has to be the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat on. The seat is very hard, the lumber support is more like thoracic and there is no support at all for the cervical spine. An engineer came out to replace the casters as the ones fitted where wrong. I mentioned the support issues and they reported that back and told me to contact Willowbrook and he would come back to take it away and give me a loan chair while that is being adjusted. Another engineer came out not realising he was to bring a loan chair so he left. The problem could not be fixed on site!! So still waiting to have a chair I can sit in. They are very quick to make the sale get your deposit then couldn't care less. Total waste of money £3860 a rip off and because it is bespoke I am stuck with it. Would not recommend.

He took time to explain everything and made sure the bed met my needs

A great way to spend money

A really pleasant and efficient guy. Explained everything and was happy to go back and go over anything I wasn’t sure about. He left me feeling I had made the right decisions. If the installation goes as well as this, i shall have no complaints.

Cost effective and good quality product.

I found this company very professional.
Their advisor- representative was not pushy, answered all my questions without hesitation and I found the price for the item not exorbitant. They kept me in contact throughout and they took care when delivering the product. Well worth considering this company.

Good service from start to finish

I have a Willowbrook Recliner chair and I was having a little difficulty with one of the actions on the remote control. I called they made an appointment for the engineers to call.
I asked could they call me when they were on their way. They rang when they were 20 minutes away. It was Ian and a young lady called Frankie . They immediately put me at my ease and were so kind and polite. They put right the issue with my chair within minutes. I have to say they were so very polite, and a credit to Willowbrook.
They are great members of your team . And must mention the staff in the office that took my call, made me feel good and reassured. Thank you

When we started this process

When we started this process, the sales man was very professional and answered all the questions asked. We have had the chair a couple of years now, new motor, new controller, seat padded out, etc. But it is still uncomfortable to sit on, the motor is making funny noises again, stops mid travel randomly, and the after sales are not that helpful when booking an engineer to visit. To be honest, I want rid of the chair.

Excellent Service Throughout

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff from the initial demonstration through to its delivery.
And the guys who delivered my chair set it up in one position and when I thought I'd prefer it somewhere else, had no hesitation in moving it for me.
