Dean and Billy were excellent.

Dean and Billy were excellent.
Delivered and installed the chair, despite struggling with the awkward lift here, and explained how to use the controls.
Thankfully they took away a nasty, cheap, old armchair.

Adjustable Bed Purchase

Since meeting Simon the salesperson who was most helpful the experience has got better with Paige in particular going the extra mile in several conversations in helping to endeavour to get our new bed to us before I have surgery in May. To date an excellent level of service and support . Dave

I have to say I was very impressed from…

I have to say I was very impressed from beginning to end.
The representative turned up on time, showed us the bed, went through the brochure and patiently answered all our questions.
We can't wait to see the end product. We like it so much for our son, we want one for us now.

Simon Williams arrived today to demonstrate an adjustable bed. It was extremely comfortable. Simon was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, I felt very confident and happy with his presence … would highly recommend both Simon and the bed!

Excellent engineers for installation.

Excellent engineers, Lawrence & Steve, went above & beyond to call of duty to may sure the installation of the new bed was perfect. Thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent Service

Ocan & Glyn Arrived early to install my neighbours bed (she is in hospital) What a fantastic service.
polite, clean, tidy. Nothing was to much trouble for these two lovely guys.
Very impressed & will definitely use Willowbrook when I need a new bed. Oh! and the bed appears to be great too. Thank you. Mrs Carol Day. West Walton

My mam needed a chair

My mam needed a chair. I arranged the visit. The fella who came was very polite, friendly and had a lot of common sense. When discussing features of the chair in a more strategic manner, the fella was clear on what was needed and what was not. He clearly was not a salesman who was only interested in building his commission up. The delivery timetable given was 2-3 weeks, and that we were to receive a call before the delivery date to set up a time for the delivery and installation. No Issues. On delivery and installation, the fellas were polite, friendly and easy going. they were in the house no more that 20-mins. I Recommend using this company if you have a vulnerable person who needs comfort at home.

This would have been a 5 star review if…

This would have been a 5 star review if I was only talking about the excellent delivery team of Dean and Glyn. They were respectful of my home and carefully explained how to use the product. The loss of a star relates to lack of clarity and communication on the actual delivery date. Despite this all staff at Willowbrook were friendly and helped me make my decision.

Amazing quality and design of riser…

Amazing quality and design of riser chair.
I can now relaz so much more comfortably, with many settings i can adjust to suit, also has heat controls.The tabletop with light and magnetic strip is superb for holding phone, especially when i only have use of one hand at the moment, also has a built in charger. Also Very pleased with the grey leather that matches the rest of our furniture. Installer gave demonstration how to use.
What more can i say, it was not cheap,but you get what you pay for !! Thankyou.

fantastic start to finish

from the first contact to delivery everything went smooth the two delivery drivers dean and stewart were very considerate of my property not one mark on the wallpaper paintwork or carpets both chair and bed workings explained and a couple of questions i had answered thanks again m cooke

Highly recommended.

Due to difficulty in standing up from my old settee, I decided, in December, 2022, to purchase a rise and recliner settee from Willowbrook. Since purchasing this and finding it very comfortable I decided that I would get rid of a second non rise and recliner settee. Because I was extremely satisfied with my first purchase I decided to use Willowbrook again. I am pleased that I did. I feel that this new rise and recliner settee is even more comfortable than the first one. Although not completely identical I find the two settees to go well together. This said I can obviously highly recommended Willowbrook and, as required will continue to use this Company.

The How did we manage without it.

The chair has made a big improvement to life. Before we had it keeping the legs raised required a lot of effort. Legs are heavy! A certain amount of care is advisable when using the ‘control unit. Let it do one thing before asking it to do another. Be patient!

Phoned to have ‘squeaking’ issue looked into. Told engineer appointment would be booked. No call back so I had to chase. Customer service called this morning coincidentally for follow up and didn’t know about above…overall quality of riser recliner very good however
