It is nearly impossible to get a refund!
The company sent an email saying they were processing my order. The next day they sent another poorly written email saying that the item was out of stock in the color I requested, but that they could send another color. I replied that I preferred they refund my payment. They did not reply to this email. Days went by. Then I sent an email asking again for the refund. They sent another poorly written reply saying, in effect, "Oh, surprise! the color you wanted is back in stock. We'll send it now, okay?" I replied "NO, do not send the shoes I previously ordered; I have found other shoes elsewhere. Please refund my payment." They have not yet replied or confirmed that they will refund the money. This is bizarre, seemingly fraudulent behavior. I will never shop with them again.

One of the eyelets pulled completely out the first time I put them on. Very disappointed since I paid well over $100 for a pair of canvas shoes!! Upon further inspsection, the eyelet next to the faulty one was pulling out as well.

I bought them on the promise of a free return but after hours of being told there was an error on the returns page, I was told to post them back myself and pay. If I'm honest, I suspect it was an A.I. I was talking to, as it was quite happy and polite when it delivered this news. The company has been very helpful, and positive, offering to pay the postage and 20% of any sandals I might like. I think that is an extremely professional service.
