Horrible experience!! I ordered the Sketchers Tomcats which are no longer available in the USA. I specifically ordered the EE wide, they sent me regular width. And when I contacted them they responded with “sorry they didn’t fit, here’s how to return them”. I’m like no - you sent me the wrong shoe. Now they won’t respond to my emails any longer. So now I have to spend $20 to return them from the U.S. to the UK. Even though it was their fault!
A very shady operation.

First-time purchase
This was the first time I had used this company. I bought online from their website which was straightforward to use and provided good photos of the goods available. The guidance on sizes was simple and clear, although it took a bit of effort to find. I was besieged with emails, both from the company and the courier (Royal Mail); the company's output could have been reduced by at least half. But the shoes arrived in good condition and were a good fit. Overall, I was pleased with them and will consider using them again in future.

Scam beware!
Shoes have not arrived after over a month, the tracking code has not worked and customer service is ignoring my emails. I paid extra for shipping protection so that this would not happen. I am now out a significant amount of money, and have no shoes to show for it. Beware, appears to be a scam.

Straightforward measuring at home to find the right size. Easy online refund of previous style that didn’t suit, and we re ordered a different pair - she’s so thrilled! Quick service and delivery. It’s so difficult when high street “wide fit” styles still don’t fit, I’m really glad this company exists. Only downside is it means I have to spend double what I might have typically spent on footwear for my daughter!

Waiting for replacements
I ordered a pair of running shoes, they arrived and unfortunately came up small, no problem, a straight forward return process for an exchange. Now the problem. I tracked the return - it arrived with them 2 days ago and II have just been told they will take 5-7 days to process. Very unhappy, have been told I cant cancel (I actually really do want these shoes) but if I could find them elsewhere would - awful service
