Unfortunately due to a foot fusion In January regular size shoes don't exactly fit me. My 1st pair from wide fit shoes id got the size measurements incorrect so had to send them back. Returns were really easy to do free postage back. Again no problems the after marketing texts and emails can get a bit annoying. Otherwise yeah really pleased with the trainers possibly the most money I've ever paid for one pair of trainers but as I said regular ones no longer fit at the moment.

So good to find wider shoes at last
I’m not sure why I hadn’t previously measured my feet and this meant that I have always struggled to find shoes that fit. I would buy a bigger size shoe and even then still felt discomfort. This time I followed the advice on your website to measure my feet and then ordered the correct width size new balance trainer and it fits perfectly. The shoes arrived in good time and exactly as advertised.

Wouldn't Buy Trainers Anywhere Else !!!
This was my third pair of trainers I've purchased and couldn't be happier. The first two pairs fitted perfectly but the third was pair were not right for my feet. Nervously I attempted a return and and choose another pair, the whole return procedure was absolutely simple and straightforward unlike many other online stores. I had regular updates throughout the process and promptly received my replacement pair, which are absolutely perfect and fit as expected. Overall I'm very satisfied with this company and will definitely be using them again soon.

Fast shipping, but damaged packaging, pet hair, and zero customer support

Shortly after my review, the customer service team reached out and handled the situation in an exemplary way.
I am very impressed by their quick solution.
Because of this great support, I am raising my rating to 4 stars. Without the initial issues with the packaging and the product, it definitely would have been a 5-star experience.
The issue is now fully resolved!
The shipping was very fast, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience was highly disappointing.The packaging arrived completely damaged. Even worse, when I opened the box, I found pet hair inside the shoes. It feels like I received a used or poorly checked item.
