Came into the store today in handsworth to shop for some paint and other things I needed and the staff were very helpful especially bal and Natalie. They showed me what I needed and gave me some advice on the paint also

Very easy to order a new bathroom. Luke Stone was very efficient and knowledgable. Everything we needed was discussed and alternatives suggested. Came away thinking it was a really professional service and well priced.

Products are easy to locate. I was after some Loam Based potting compost which was located in the outside area. A young man named Callum assisted me, he obtained a trolley for my goods, he was delayed coming back, and apologised for my having to wait. He then picked up 2 bags of potting compost and put them on the trolley and walked with me to the checkout. He offered to take the trolley to my car and loaded it on for me. Thank you Callum you were a pleasure to chat with and I wish you all the luck in your future.

I used Wickes bathroom installation services - bathroom supplied by wickes and they also arrange the installer. Have had an issue with water leaking from a pump which required claiming against the guarantee. Wickes have washed their hands of the issue claiming it has nothing to do with them because I paid the installer for the pump - an installer I did not choose. I’m now left to chase the installer who has not been helpful at all. Wouldn’t recommend their services as there is no support when something goes wrong.

Very disappointing experience with Wickes. I ordered the Wickes Albero White Oak 12mm Laminate Flooring, and a few days after placing my order I was told it was no longer available in stock. If the product wasn’t available, it should never have been sold in the first place.

Because of this, my flooring project has been delayed, causing unnecessary stress, wasted time, and disruption. Wickes don’t seem to realise how much inconvenience this causes customers who have already arranged fitters and other work.

Before placing an order with Wickes, I’d recommend making sure the item is genuinely in stock, otherwise you could end up in the same situation I did. Very poor service and a frustrating experience.

Wickes Haverfordwest. Awful, truly awful installation and customer service. New on-suite ordered 14/10/25. Installation delayed until 16/2/26 due to no fitters available. Shower enclosure has leaked in multiple places from day one due to installation errors in multiple places.
Now well into the 5th month with a shower that leaks every time it’s used, multiple promises from Customer Service team at Wickes, but each one fails to deliver any positive commitment or total removal and replacement which has been promised.
No doubt this review will be met with a response saying “..we’re sorry this is your experience, etc….” But Wickes have had 5 months to resolve this terrible installation amicably, but haven’t.
Think long and hard before you spend your money at Wickes, and from my experience, as soon as the store in Haverfordwest have made their sale and got their commission, they will not help you….

Jim was polite and courteous. A really refreshing experience in a world where most things are automated and you don’t speak to anyone. Been to this store a few times recently and all the staff have been very friendly!

We went to Wickes to get advice in planning a new kitchen. The designer, Tahir Younes was very helpful and we went ahead with his plans. Delighted with the outcome, kitchen looks great, fitters were friendly, great workers and cleaned up each day before leaving👌
Since completion our designer has been very helpful sorting out returns we didn’t require which helped us immensely. Would recommend.

During a house renovation we have visited our local Wickes Minworth branch daily. To say that the invaluable help given to us by Laura was a god send is an understatement; she is a real asset to the store. Nothing is too much trouble for her & her quiet understanding is just so calming. I only wish there were more Laura’s ! 😀

Tahir Younis was exceptional throughout my kitchen project. His knowledge of kitchen products is second to none, and his advice was always honest, practical, and incredibly helpful.

I made several visits before finally placing my order, and Tahir remained patient, professional, and attentive every time. He took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed.

The kitchen I bought from Wickes is awesome, just not as awesome as the lady that designed the layout. Riah, altered the initial design I'd had from Howdens, creating much more storage space. She was instrumental in sealing the deal and was immensely helpful with every question.

We bought a kitchen in excess of £20k from Wickes and were told categorically that the installation would be completed in no more than an absolute maximum of 12 weeks. The kitchen was ordered on June 6th & we’re now being told that the earliest date they can install it is November 23rd!! Nearly 6 months after the order date. The salesman is blaming the installation manager, the installation manager is blaming the salesman and the customer service is absolutely appalling. Absolutely shocking customer service

Delivery was on time and the delivery guy carried the flat pack shed into my garden which was really kind and also kept the flat pack safe until assembly. The Keter Darwin shed is great. I have the grey colour. The shed was easy to put together with help and it looks neat and modern in my garden. Many thanks
