Wickes - Sutton Reviews 

I've been working on a home renovation project for the past few months, which has meant I've been visiting the Wickes Sutton branch almost daily (or at least every other day!). Over that time, I've had consistently positive experiences, and one person who really deserves recognition is Tracy.

Whenever Tracy has been on shift, she's been incredibly helpful, approachable, and genuinely engaged. She always takes the time to understand what I need and is more than willing to go the extra mile to help. That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and it has made a real difference throughout my project.

I did have one disappointing experience with a delivery where several items arrived damaged and some items were missing because they had mistakenly been given to another customer. However, Tracy and the team at the Sutton branch handled the situation brilliantly. They took ownership of the issue, communicated clearly, and resolved everything professionally and efficiently. It's often how a business responds when something goes wrong that leaves the biggest impression, and they certainly turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one.

I'm sure I'll continue visiting the Sutton branch as my project progresses, and based on my experience so far, I'm confident Tracy and the rest of the team will continue to provide the excellent service they've consistently shown.

A big thank you to Tracy and the Sutton team for making what can often be a stressful renovation project that little bit easier. I'd happily recommend the Sutton branch to anyone looking for knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely customer-focused service.

I found the items I wanted easily on the shop floor and when I went to pay I was greeted by Tracy with a friendly hello and a big smile. We had a little chat about my purchase and my future project and Tracy wished me a nice day.

Roshan has been really helpful and efficient in helping our school access the Community scheme to enhance the provision for the children. We have been able to fill planters with the compost, paint stones to create mini beasts and use the garden tools to keep our areas tidy.

I needed sanding discs for my Dewalt sander. I went to a member of staff who made eye contact with me with the hope I could be pointed in the right direction. There was an assortment of discs which worked extremely well with sanding wood filler. I was more than happy with the level of service I had from a person called Lewis. He measured the disc I had and helped with making sure the holes matched up. I also asked about a sander in case my one packed up. The one he suggested wasn’t on display, however, he was only too pleased to help and got one from the stock room. If I need one it is very good value for money. Overall, this was an excellent shopping experience.

Rosh was incredibly helpful in helping our local community group. We can’t wait to use our new equipment on the next community event.

Zak B went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I was trying to create a solution to an issue and he helped to sense check my ideas. I purchased 3 items and he explained the returns policy. Zak then took me to a till to make payment. Sutton Surrey store.

I tried to make an appointment booking, and was not sent a link to the online meeting. No effort made by the branch to follow up. I've made another booking but again have not been sent a link to the meeting.

Looking for paint is never an exciting experience but being served by Tracey at the tills made the experience so much better she was helpful cheerful and made the trip a good one

I purchased 12 x 300 x 600 tiles, they were so heavy. A Staff member named Lewis, very young man volunteered to select the items and loaded them into my vehicle. He was very sincere, helpful and cooperative. I will visit Wicks at the Sutton, Kimpton Branch again. Overall the staff are all very helpful.

He went above and beyond, in attending to my queries and helped me buy the right product. He was busy with store duties, but still put a side good time to support me.

I came in on yesterday morning and I was served by a lovely lady named Tracey. I don’t usually write reviews, but she really did put a smile on my face when she served me.. very patient and kind! 👍🏻👍🏻

Angela helped us design our new kitchen, we had an extremely positive experience, she took time to show us different options and was very patient with us. I would definitely come back for other renovations.

I went to Wickes to get a wardrobe pole and some stones to go into a pot for replanting a tree. A very helpful member of staff called Paul was just brilliant. He is a great asset to your company and your store. He definitely went above and beyond to help me. It didn’t matter to him that I wasn’t spending a fortune, he just simply wanted to assist. He made my day and I could stop talking about him to my partner when I got home. Lovely person and just so friendly. Please let Paul know that I really appreciated his help. The products that I purchased was good value for money and cheaper than the competitors. Thank you
