Very helpful- Oliver took the trolley to the van. A lovely, polite young man.

I needed some help and Lewis was most helpful making sure the item was all there and nothing missing .
And went out of his way to to find it for me that was the Sutton branch.

We would like to say a very big thank you to Thomas and the team at Wickes, Sutton, who kindly supported Eversfield House – Sutton & Cheam Elderly People’s Housing Association with a generous donation of paint to help us brighten and refresh the fencing around our garden.

Sometimes even simple improvements can make a real difference. A fresh coat of paint will help bring new life and colour to our outdoor space, making the garden feel brighter, more welcoming and enjoyable for our community.

The team at Wickes were incredibly helpful and efficient and showed a genuine willingness to support us and our project.

We are extremely grateful for their kindness and support and look forward to sharing the finished result.

Visited Wickes Sutton for the first time today to get washing machine parts. I was struggling to find the right ones when Paul came over to me and asked if he could help. He found what I needed. Really friendly guy. Thank you.

ZACK B is exceptionally polite and helpful and sees things through to ensure nothing is missed. Zack has good product knowledge which is essential and actually what can stokers need, This is common with B and Q. It would be helpful if all staff had product knowledge and manner like Zack.

Tracey at the till is amazing! I come to this wicks almost every day and she Brightens up morning and is always super friendly and great customer service. She is a great asset you your team down at the Sutton Wickes.

Went to the Sutton store with a vague idea of what we needed and Paul was really helpful and found us a couple of different options. Great customer service.

I came into the store on Friday and was greeted by Tracy at the till. She saw my confused state and asked me if I was ok and if I needed help. That really put a smile on my face. Explained that I am trying to organise myself to get my kitchen cleared for refurbishment and she suggested storage boxes. I bought them and it was the best thing ever. My wife was really grateful for the suggestion. She is an asset to your store

want to give a shout out to PAUL what a fantastic guy. helped me throughout my visit to wickes.
whilst talking i mentioned i was very ill and he couldnt help me enough, he even helped me to my car.
lovely guy and id say a 5 star employee, id like to highly recommend PAUL for employee if the month !!!!!!!

Tracy at the till has been extremely accommodating and friendly. She helps me with my purchases to the car every time I shop here.

Very helpful gentleman called Paul helped me find what I wanted. Another young man at the check out helped me into the car with the heavy items. All items required were in stock.

Zack B was excellent. Good knowledge and very helpful and polite. It is important for staff to have product knowledge. 5 stars for him

Unfortunately low stock for several needed items. Zack did look in several places.lower stars for available stock of multiple items so 3 stars for that.

Paul was very helpful. As a lady with a bad knee his help was very valued and he put my stones and bricks in the car carefully. I have always found Sutton branch of Wicks very helpful.

As s regular customer at Sutton wickes, their click and collect service is fantastic. Saves me shopping around, allowing me to get on with the days project.

I'm also rewarded with great service. Tracey has always greeted me with warmth and helpfulness at sutton branch.. a true blessing to the company.

A big thank you to Lewis @ Sutton Wickes store. He was very pleasant, polite and extremely helpful while I decided between two types of garden stones. He put them on a trolley, then opened a checkout, wheeled my purchases directly to my car and lifted the bags in for me. As I suffer from chronic pain, I can now decant the stones, in small amounts.
