Staff were friendly and helpful. Store had everything on my list and seemed well stocked. I also managed to purchase a couple of sale items that were further reduced as an incentive; so very satisfied with my visit!

When the store didn't have enough of the coving I needed, Morton couldn't have been more helpful and even helped me save 10% on the order by signing me up to the trade card. Can't ask for more than that!

Shout out to Bob and Monica. They are truly helpful and friendly.

I visited the Edinburgh branch to buy an oven for my daughter. The oven was ex-display so being sold at a special price.

I received excellent service from all the staff that I met. Once the sale was complete, the oven was put into my car by the staff.

Paula Fabian did a home visit regarding a new kitchen. She was fantastic at her job without being too pushy. Would highly recommend her.

I had two bathrooms renovated by Wickes, and I regret my decision. There have been multiple issues, with several items needing replacement within just a few months. Additionally, I encountered hidden charges of £500 and a lack of customer service support, which made dealing with them incredibly stressful. I have not received any response from their executive team, nor have they addressed my complaint through the ombudsman. I do not recommend Wickes.

I came in to Wickes to look for ideas for my new bathroom. I was greeted my Monika who was very helpful. Monika came out to my house the next day, measured up, listened to my ideas and then created a mock drawing online. I then returned to the store to discuss which items I liked/didn’t like and the. She drew up the costs for me. From the start to finish of this process she was so very helpful and not the “usual pushy salesperson”. Although I have decided not to use Wickes for my refit I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them again. I came from a recommendation from a neighbour and wasn’t disappointed!

Just been into Wickes Edinburgh (close to Murrayfield). The store manager & staff are absolutely brilliant, very, very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to spend time helping you solve your issue and providing advice. For a non DIY person this is exactly the sort of help i require. Thank you.

Just ordered kiln dried sand from wickes this morning using click and collect. Great experience- items available and once authorisation code accepted the sand was taken out to my car and loaded in by Bob. Great service. Thanks Bob for your great customer service.
